The liner is held in place by friction—it is very easy to remove. It looks to me as if these new colored liners are direct replacements for the stock black liners. This, I'm not sure about. Is the stock black liner removable?

A couple of pics of the Nomad Traditional Leather Case for the iPhone Air. It just arrived today, so I don’t have much to share other than a couple of first impressions: it weighs 34 grams, the fit is very good, and the leather smells and feels excellent (better than the Andar Aspen IMO). Looking forward to seeing how it goes…

So far I like it equally with the Apple and Beats cases (but it’s a different feel). I like it more than the Andar, which is the most similar. I’ve returned my Pitaka and Arc due to various issues. The Suti is in the dust bin… lol.How does it rank in your collection? I'm debating on keeping since it would best patina if I used it as a daily case, which I probably won't.
Sadly this doesn’t work. Have they done Black Friday sales in the past? Might wait for a few weeks and see if they offer 15 or 20% off.
Nice, but too heavy for my liking. Is anyone using the Caudabe Synthesis Frosted on their 17PM? What are your thoughts decent? Thanks.

So it’s a spare inlay in orange or blue and charged at a premiumAfter reading in the FAQ:
Arc Impact is a precision inlay that integrates with Arc Pulse, replacing the originally provided inlay and adding shock absorption and personalization—without changing the minimalist look.
If only the main camera did macro photography I'd have the Air. Instead, my stepson has it.It’s been great so far. I love the form factor, pretty much my favorite phone since the iPhone X. As for photos, the main camera is nearly identical to the main camera on the Pros, so at mid-focal lengths the quality is comparable. I never liked the ultra-wide due to the barrel distortion, and the telephoto isn’t powerful enough to do the wildlife/bird photography that I would use it for, so I don’t really miss either.
If you are in Canada I could sell the black one for a good discountLooks good! Waiting to see if there’s a Black Friday sale before ordering the black. How’s it feel compared to the other cases you have, particularly the beats and Apple frost? Someone else said the sides interfere with button presses.
Yep, that's what it's looking like.So it’s a spare inlay in orange or blue and charged at a premium![]()
I didn't. I'm not planning to order it. I realized, that aramid cases are no more for me and with Air I would like to stick only with few cases. Currently I have only Apple Clear Black and Arc.Have you seen this case in person? I’m curious about the metal camera surround. After learning that the Pitaka Ultra-Slim metal frame sits directly on the glass back, I’m a bit skeptical about aramid+metal cases for the Air. Metal to glass is a no-go, obviously.
It looks and feels very nice, but 34g is no go for me. That is not why I bought AIR. It goes completely against point of this phone (at least for me).A couple of pics of the Nomad Traditional Leather Case for the iPhone Air. Matte black and orange for the win!Very interesting
This makes me want to order the Arc with the cool orange rubber gasket.
Matte black or Chrome for the orange beater? Guess matte black with the orange rubber would be best.
That sounds like it would be a nice combo. That blue rubber gasket looks nice. The blue phone is close enough to black that it all may work out. Disclaimer: I haven't seen the blue phone in person - only pics.Hmm would the blue rubber work with the matte black arc for the blue pro max? They have a picture of the blue but it has the orange rubber lol
Really nice! Looks like it fits well too.A couple of pics of the Nomad Traditional Leather Case for the iPhone Air. Like paying extra for a "premium" paint color on a car. With that said, if it would make you happy, go for it.Yep, that's what it's looking like.
I’ve decided to ease up on my self-imposed weight restrictions due to the limited number of lightweight cases available for the Air, and the fact that both my Arc and Pitaka were returned due to defects. I’m finding that as long as a case feels slim in the hand, I don’t mind a bit of extra weight. Still wanting to keep it under 40 grams though…It looks and feels very nice, but 34g is no go for me. Same time as when my Caudabe stuff should ship 😂😂😂Shipping late 2025, early 2026.
