No YouTuber is gonna tell this but my pinky finger is suffering from Dbrand Tank Case. I freaking love this case design but sadly not my pinky finger 🥲. The groove near the usb cutout is digging into my finger.

I realize now on why I downsized from Pro Max to Pro back in the day, it was because of the weight of phone+case. Thankfully, I haven't gotten this pinky fatigue on my Andar or Techwoven as combined weight of phone and case is much lower than rugged type cases like Dbrand's Tank.

So, it's not the case but the combined weight. The design and look of this case is otherworldly. You make your compromises I guess.
Literally said this in my video but over time I’ve gotten use to it. I said that this case was uncomfortable as he** but I’ve gotten use to it over time. If it’s too rough then it’s too rough for some.

How are the exposed edges? Is the transition from phone to case sharp?

Are you able to share pics? Curious to see and see the scratches

I’m leaning to Dbrand grip but not sold 100%. I had the rebel flex on my XS, that was a dream. Someone here said it’s becoming over engineered
Sorry just seeing this. This edges weren’t sharp. I sent it back , I think I’m going to stick with the gen 7

I actually mentioned it in my video. I said where I hold the phone, at the USB C port, isn’t sharp, but the rest of the bottom is sharp because of the design. For me the USB C port area specifically was not sharp.

Been happening to me since the iPhone 8. I ordered a case on amazon, received it, and found a very used iPhone 7 case inside. It's happened when I purchased a Garmin watch and watch bands too. There's a reason I don't use Amazon any more.
That’s crazy lol. Some people are scumbags and buy stuff and return old or used stuff in the new box to get their few bucks back. Sad to see it. Kind of pitiful, to be honest.

Why Sheath over Paragon?
Sheath is just a nice simple case. One texture all around with decent lip. Perfect new buttons. CC button that works great. Precise Plateau is better lookiing than Paragon.

I would love to try Paragon again as I never had a good piece. We shall see.

Im currently settled with my case rotation and will be hard to change it.

1. Apple Silicone - Terra Cotta
2. Apple Techwoven - Green, Purple & Sienna
3. Sheath - Black (Will order Grey & maybe Blue in BF sale if there is one)
4. Bellroy Venture.

First two get used over the weekend and other two daily drivers.

That’s a good rotation. Use the Sheath during the work week provides more protection than the Apple Silicone. I put my Apple Silicone in the box but have been contemplating making it my weekend case.

I would buy another Paragon if Caudabe came out with another bright color. I don’t like the Sheath’s anymore because of the texture of the case and because of the MagSafe imprint that appeared on my 15PM case when I had it.
That’s what I like about the Sheath, same all around texture with smooth curvy edges.

I’m waiting for my Paragon to come so will compare. Might be the Sheath killer or not.

There’s discounts for some more sites currently happening. Dbrand, Mous, Pitaka, Nomad and Ryan London have discounted their cases, for example.

My dbrand grip has cleared customs finally and the Ryan London case should be here by Saturday. Excited to try these two. For now my phone lives in the Mous Limitless. If it weren’t so expensive even with the discount, I’d add an additional Limitless color to my collection. This case is just… solid.

I’m surprised you like the Mous so much. I don’t need that much protection. The likes of the Sheath are plenty for me for chest high normal drops.
