It has to be the process they’re using that’s making them scratch easily? Anybody that’s been around high end anodized parts knows they’re pretty durable. I currently have and have had several top quality motorcycle parts and all have held up extremely well.
Or someone intentionally went in the store with a set of keys and went mad at it.

We are struggling to set up both our phones, keeps failing verification, wiping to reset then same again, over and over.
Hope it's Apple's end.

One of my Orange devices got scratch out of box so that has ruined things slightly lol. I might have to order new one for delivery in October.
You mean you scratched it while removing it from the box or it arrived from Apple scratched already?

Wow, either way these things sounds super sensitive!

If I get a leather case, so torn between Bullstrap, Nomad Modern Horween, Andar Aspen. The Andar rep keeps texting me offering discounts. I like the look of the Nomad but not too crazy about the black bumper, would prefer the same color all the way around. Not sure I can justify $85 for a case. I've never bought or handled any of these so opinions from those who have would be greatly appreciated.
Choices, choices, hey – lol!
Got any discount code for Andar, by any chance?

Andar's Air in black has sold out, wonder when it'll be restocked?

If anyone gets their Air with the Andar case, pics welcomed on here. TIA!

i don’t think so. the andar aspen has a great cc button. i have two cases for my 16 pro. i just looked and the 17 series is the same.
I don't think so. Look at the photos of the Andar Aspen. It only has a hole for the phone's CC button, confirmed by Andar. No button.

They definitely have the camera control button…
From Andar via text last night (Thursday night):
Andar:
Andar: So if I understand you correctly, the button is on the phone :)

We leave an opening on the case so you can access that button.

Me:
That's what I was asking. I know the phone has a button. I was asking whether your case has a button as most cases have a button that covers the phone's button, which I believe is glass and so will break easily if the phone is dropped.

Andar:
Andar: Our particular case only has a cover for some buttons, for most of the buttons our cases do just have an opening for the button to be accessible from 🙌

Their CS bot doesn’t know what it’s talking about. It has a button.
