iPhone 17/Air/Pro/Pro Max Screen Protectors

Is the Flolab PolarSpectra the one everyone gets for the Air? Torras OrigArmor is not available for Air yet. I am looking for rounded edges as well as anti reflective coating.

I personally wouldn’t consider the ESR black borders as the sole reason not to go with it, though. If you use the image with the camera “L” lines shared earlier in this thread, the very edge of the L isn’t visible straight on, but can be seen if you tilt the phone to see under the black border. This means the ESR border is hiding maybe a couple pixels on the edges. I wouldn’t consider that to be anything you’d notice in day to day use.

How thick is the Torras?
 
I just ordered a Spigen GLAS.tR EZ FIT Sensor Protected item, for my Air. I ordered directly from Spigen. They have an internal $6.99 TEAMAPPLE discount noted. So, it's $28, plus tax and free shipping.

I actually received it today and didn’t get charged anything. This was from Torras directly. I ordered it also through Amazon and they charged import fees.
 
Just got my replacement Torras OrigArmor from Amazon and installed it. Second time was a charm and it went on perfectly, zero dust and perfectly centered!

I don't know if I just got lucky this time around, but I tried installing it faster, pulling on the dust-free tab pretty quickly so that the static electricity would yank any stray dust bits onto it. It seemed to work and I'm really happy with how it looks.

Compared to my older phone that doesn't have an AR screen protector, the difference is night and day. The OrigArmor screen looks jet black when turned off compared to the mirror shine of the older phone.

no worries, will be a backup to my current one. On amazon, i did not find they sell the origarmor in canada however

Did you buy a new one from Amazon or did they give you replacement?

Just to confirm, before you pulled the dust-free tab, you didn’t press the screen protector down slightly so it’s closer to the glass, you just let the protector float above the glass (after it’s secured of course) and just held the tray down, then pulled the tab?

I got my replacement as well and trying to follow other people’s method to endure a dust-free install then the first one I did.

I didn’t push mine down at all if that helps ya

Funny because I used to go out of my way to get matte protectors back in the 4/5 days.

Will run with it a few days and see how I feel.

What’s the currently favourite (besides ESR and benks)?

I got the same Benks and no where nearly as good as Flolab that was on my 16 PM. Very disappointed in the Benks with reflections still showing to much and not so much matte finish.
