I’ve been using FloLabs without issue the last few years but since they didn’t have the 3D edge ready yet this year I went with the Torras OrigArmor and so far so good. It went on easily and looks good with the apple silicone case.

Trying to decide between:
TORRAS OrigArmor
Spigen AluminaCore
FloLab NanoArmour OneTime Pro

Does anyone have an opinion on which one is best? I don't usually use a screen protector so I'm hoping to find one that's pretty undetectable, won't gather smudges, etc.
I have had rh Flo lab for years and was disappointed last year with the 360 fit. You could still see where dust collected on the edges. Torras this year and it fits and feels perfect. You could use it without a case with very little interruption

Got my replacement torras origarmor installed and again perfect installation but still some small scratches if you are looking with a flair under bright lights.

I’m just leaving this one in place until the Flolab 3D edge comes out next month.

Same but I’ll be swapping for the flolabs when the 3d edge comes out

The first 2 versions last year had the dust issue because they left too much gap between the edge of the protector and the edge of the frame. The 3D edge version solved that. I do think the torras is smoother and has a better oleophobic coating but 2 so far have had a few small scratches and the AR is not as good. I also wear polarized sunglasses so that’s huge for me. The fit in the torras is excellent though

Who’s gonna be the guinea pig and try the fresh coat https://shop.astropad.com/products/fresh-coat?variant=50995848937604

My Hoda Sapphire should arrive today. Has anyone already received and installed it or a Shellrus and can tell me how they fit this year?

Anyone tried these camera lens protectors?
Any feedback?
Will it affect image quality at all due to the extra layer of glass?

So the benks arrived. The matte anti glare one and thankfully it’s gone on perfectly. But I’m not sure if I like the matte finish.

Funny because I used to go out of my way to get matte protectors back in the 4/5 days.

Will run with it a few days and see how I feel.

What’s the currently favourite (besides ESR and benks)?

When you guys peeled off the initial tab thats supposed to be “anti-dust” as Torras claim, did you press down on the protector ever so slightly, or only held down the tray?

Torras claim that initial plastic film is suppose to remove any dust before you roll it, but somehow I managed to get 2 dust in the bottom.

Maybe I took too long in securing the guide holes to the tray, since I had to remove the protector because the top left hole wasn’t secured down. I just ordered another one, and will try to be quicker in securing the protector down on the tray, then removing the tab quickly. Hopefully I get a dust-free install this time. 🤞
And this why I don’t buy 1 pack screen protectors. 😁

Mine went on sat slightly to the left so missing about ¾ of a mm down the right side.

So we’ll never know if it would’ve been okay if you’d applied it perfectly. :D

What about the protector itself—are you satisfied with it in terms of haptics, fingerprints, and reflections? I think it has no AR coating, right?

Maybe it's best to just buy a cheap screen protector for a month or so until spending more money on one to see which end sup being best?
