iPhone 17/e/Air/Pro/Pro Max Cases

hard to say, I like em all. Was on an OEM trip for a while, but now enjoying the leathers as of this week.
The TechWoven is really cool IMO and nice to have something new from Apple.

The Spigen one isn't the nice case ever, but it's pretty great for the $13 I got it for and I like that it's a smoky semi translucent black, shouldn't obviously yellow like clear TPU. That one I probably will use the least, but probably going to be a good rotation of the remaining 4 and even that sometimes.

(does answer your question - but yes is my response 😛 I like variety / get bored)

Phone Rebel Air came in just now for the 17 Pro Max. Great grip on the sides, definitely tighter fitting overall vs the Spigen Rugged Armor. Gonna use it for a few days before deciding if its a keeper or not. Would also love to try the Rebel Gen 7 once it releases next week. Could be a toss up between those 2 for the case to use.

You may have unlocked the mystery as to why there are no 17 Pro Max paragon cases in existence. Probably the whole order of 17PM Paragon’s have the backwards magnets in them and they are starting over from scratch 🤔

Late DEC / early JAN ship dates coming in HOTT 🤣

lol 😂! That would be my answer as well. Love my sili case and pitaka, I go back and forth. Have a leather as well that I try to use just for the patina but I can’t stop going back to my 🍎 silli

Opted to return my silver 17 Pro Max and go for the silver 17 Pro instead. It’s weird, because I’ve had the Max/Ultra/XL size of every phone I’ve owned (iPhone and Android) since those became a thing. For instance, right now I’ve got the S25 Ultra and Pixel 10 Pro XL to go along with the 17 Pro.

But the 17 Pro Max just felt unwieldy large. And since iOS doesn’t really do anything to take advantage of that gigantic screen, it just felt big to be big.

Since they upped the 17 and 17 Pro screens to 6.3”, I figured I’d give it a shot and I’m happy a few hours in. To be honest, the Air felt amazing and the screen size seemed perfect for me, but the lack of cameras killed that idea.

I’d just received the Rebel Air for the Pro Max a couple of days ago and I liked it so much that I immediately ordered one for the 17 Pro. It’ll be here tomorrow. In the meantime, I grabbed a TechWoven in black from Best Buy with a $15 off certificate I had, so that softened the $60 price tag. I was a huge fan of the TW for the 17 Pro Max, and it’s just as good on the 17 Pro.

Maybe I’ll grab a Caudabe Paragon or Synthesis Frosted eventually once they work out their issues. I’ll definitely grab a Rebel once they release and pimp it out with some different colors of buttons and camera guard.

This season I down sized from Pro Max to Pro as well; no regrets! So much easier to one hand!

I was tempted to try this from Best Buy earlier.

Yeah, my hand is definitely happy to have a smaller phone for once!

I need to get back to Best Buy and check out their case selection. I just ordered online and stopped by the pick up the TW, so I didn’t get a chance to peruse the cases. I’ll have to give that one a look the next time I’m by there.

Wow. If they have 8 people in customer support, they need to get hiring ASAP. That’s absurd. If they’re selling that many cases and charging the prices they are now, there’s no excuse. Ridiculous. They’ve been good to me in the past with customer service, but it shouldn’t take weeks to get responses when customers have problems.

Caudabe is working on a fix for the rattling buttons. Not sure when it’ll be out I don’t have a date, but it should be fairly soon.
