Yeah, same 😂
Honestly, nothing really stands out in a "I never want to use another case ever" right now. However, my current rotation is Sheath, Flolab and Mous. I would love to use the Grip more often because it looks so good, but all the issues with a lack of drop protection and weird structures inside the camera plateau cover just make me hesitate. Might have to try the Tank at one point. ^^ The Rhinoshield AirX is also great, but the lack of proper buttons just gets on my nerves after a while. Guess my collection is not done yet. 🫠 But since I'm not getting a new iPhone this year, most of the cases will see some usage over time. Can't sell them anyway here in Germany.
To you guys with so many cases: How long do you use your iPhones on average? 😅

Is Mous really that nice? I'd like to try one but only with a big discount of -50% or more.
Mous has been consistently good in my case. My husband is using my old 15PM with my old Mous case and he is a heavy duty user. It’s holding up well even in its third year. The version for the 16 had some issues I think but this version for the 17 is just… solid? Protective, fits like a glove, great buttons… I’d recommend it any time.

Can anyone compare the frosted synthesis to the flolab matte? Flolab gives the option of a black or white MagSafe ring which is interesting.

Can‘t help myself… but whenever I see an Air from the back, it reminds me on this guy here:
And when I see the Pro I think of this. 🤣

Had only my Blue Apple silicon case on my blue 17P and I caved and ordered a second hand Spigen Enzo Aramid T case which actually isn’t too bad and I’ll keep it for more rugged occasions.

But I got weak…..

I have just submitted an order with 10% off for the Caudabe precision case in blue- as much as I would have liked the clash of the eucalyptus and blue it looked a bit too light from what images I’ve seen. If someone can post a true to light picture that would be great but as it stands I’ve opted to match blue with my blue device.

I have never owned a Caudabe case and I’m actually excited! After my 15PM Mous cases I thought I’d be Mous for life and I was close but I’ve always wanted to try a Caudabe and felt I’d regret it if I didn’t go for it.

Which Caudabe? The Sheath or Synthesis? Because the Sheath is the same color green all over while the Synthesis is the same green as the Sheath on the frame part of the case while the back is a slightly lighter green with a tiny bit of iridescent finish to it.

To be honest, I think you'd like the blue case on the blue phone better in the end, so you probably made the right decision. And, you can always add a set of Eucalyptus green buttons to the blue case if you wanted a little pop. In fact, that may look really good.

I first had a blue 17 PM and still have the photos of it, with a Caudabe Paragon Precise in Azure:
(I now have a silver one, but still love the case.)

There is no lining, so any grit that gets in between the case and phone will eventually cause wear to the housing. Same with any case without a microfiber or lining that would trap dust/sand/etc.
Some would argue that a case with a microfibre or lining would cause wear because they would trap dirt. Especially microfibre.

It’s a complete non issue for 99.9% of people. Spend five seconds every few days to wipe the phone and you won’t have a problem
