me likes alot

My sources are saying it will look like this.

:D I'm liking the feel of that, it will match my MBP17 Unibody!

but the UI is three years old, it needs some tweaking like what jail broken iphone has to offer.

this guy sums it up for me:

# Greg Iphone User Says:
March 17th, 2009 at 7:49 am

"Apple is going to let everyone down. Their new 3.0 release is going to down-grade every program. Hell they might even throw in shuffle for your contacts. So you can call random people instead of calling the person you really wanted to contact."

And since it was a while ago now, I'll say it again. The problem with the iPhone keyboard is not speed or accuracy, it's the amount of attention you need to give it to get that speed and accuracy.

By its nature, the iPhone is not an all enveloping user experience. It's a little device in my hand. It deserves attention in proportion to its place in my life, and that includes its size. If I had to concentrate that hard to enter data into a laptop, it might be OK. But not on such a little device. It should be so natural as to be unnoticeable.

I don't want to be hunched over this little screen playing guessing games with the auto spell check like some sort of kid smsing their "frens lol" I want to look calm and svelt in my work environment with my skivvy etc as per the Apple brand promise.

I paid the entry fee. I want my user experience. Where's my bluetooth?

Good grief will you all stop whingeing - you knew what it did before you purchased it, if you don't like what it does or doesn't do then get another phone - Apple owes you absolutely NOTHING.

Anything you get in your free firmware upgrade will be a bonus, but to be honest whatever Apple do there will still be endless moaning about it.

Yeah, I don't use many of them, but still, I like to keep them around. I mean I hardly ever need the bubble level, but it's kindof fun to show someone once in a blue moon.

Ha!
This is the Tipical american way.... No wonder why I keep on seeing so many people's garages full of junk that they dont use....

I only have 5 apps 3 of them are medical...

Ok enough wandering off topic! looking forward to the Update...

Please, can anyone explain to me why you'd want to copy and paste on a phone, I've never had a phone with this functionality and never needed it. If someone sends you a vCard, or a phone number/email address within a message, you can easily save that without needing to perform a copy and paste?

I can't begin to see why this has been a 'deal breaker' for so many people, or why it's being seen as such a big thing.

When would you actually use copy and paste. I am not sure I ever will.

Thoughts?

So, you've never used copy and paste on your computer? I don't even own an iPhone, but I was using my brother's the other day on our way to Savannah and I went to copy-paste an address from Address Book to google maps when I realized there was no copy paste on iPhone... yet.
