iPhone 3.0 Update for iPod Touch Page Appears in iTunes, Not Yet Functional

FYI Three (Mobile operator in Hong Kong) have announced that the software will be available at 1am on June 18th Hong Kong time - i.e. 1PM EST on the 17th. Of course they may or may not be correct...

your talking about the 2.2 release. Ah I remember that! had a business trip the day of so I was hoping to have a 2.2 ipod on an 11 hour flight. Didn't happen. I am optimistic about 3.0 cause its less of a haul in terms of what is being brought to the table. Apple learns from mistakes.... I hope

downloaded the iPhone 3g on the megashares link posted. everything works on AT&T. even got mms & tethering to work with the help of fellow posters. let me know if u guys want pictures as proof. I know i'm a newbie poster but I got it to work.

One thing I noticed that is missing is the "Fetch" option. in the Settings. Also, I'm not seeing push notification options, even though I have Tap Tap Revenge 2 installed. Is it just me?
