She would not be the one to get fired as she was not the one taking the picture. She was in the picture.

Kiko is a nice Japanese name, not Chinese. . . better think along the line of Lo Fat. The iPhone is being made in China so being fired there probably has something to do with an AK47.
While everyone was looking at the girl I used my patented CSI high resolution no-loss magnificater and lo! The iPhone in the photo is NOT a 3G model; it is the unreleased iPhone 6G.
Even so, Pedobear is International...
Maybe Apple is coming out with a phone to appeal to pedobears!!!

And for those crowing about her age, having lived in a Chinese neighbourhood in Asia for almost 5 years now, she looks 25 to me.

i think it should become a standard practice - one iPhone in every 8000 that are made has a picture of one of the people who built it
it's a cool easter egg to make your iPhone stand out from everyone elses - one more thing for us apple fanatics to get excited about whilst standing in the queue for the next iPhone release

I never said that no other country had freedom of speech. Another poster thought I was saying that everyone on these boards were in America. I never said that. a poster before him thought that it was offensive for me to call the girl kiko. I was just saying, I live in America and we have freedom of speech. Please read all post's so you dont get it wrong about what was being said.
Wow, I never thought someone having photos of a factory worker on their new iPhone would spark so much attention! While I think I'd be a little annoyed if the pic was soemthign awful, I think I'd be pleasantly surprised if these pics were on my phone. Smiling and flashing the peace sign? Seems like innocent fun to me. I want to go out and get my iPhone 3G now, maybe I too will have a "Willy Wonka Golden Ticket"
If you have ever used iPhoto on a Mac, you wouldn't believe how much better the pics transfer to your photo library. I took some pics in the keys with my phone while on a boat, and I can view them fullscreen with the smallest bit of degradation on a 22" screen. And when I upload them from iPhoto to the web, the same thing.
This made me realize the camera in the iPhone is much better than even I thought and I use a Nikon D300 to take most of my pictures.
And btw, she is 'posing' for the pics so if they decide to fire her, she did participate in the whole thing. That would suck, but she definitely didn't look like she was trying not to have her pic taken in fear of being fired.
So if you were at work and one of your friends came up and said , smile and took a picture, then said smile or pose, you did and then your boss found it, would you really get fired for posing for a 5 sec photo? I think not

Ya. Roll your eyes. You think the company gives a rat's ass if she just happened to pose for 5 seconds? She's smiling and joining in on the pic and that's all they'll see. On top of that, she posed for much more than "a picture" as you clearly said yourself.
Think logically.
I dont think that the company would care about her being in a picture. If they were looking for someone to fire it would have to be the one who took the pictures.
She was just working, all she did was smile for one, pose in another, and possibly laugh at something someone said and another picture was taken. she did nothing wrong. end of story
