Any experience in Minneapolis - Uptown store
I put myself on the waitlist at the new Apple store in Uptown in Minneapolis on 6/26 - I haven't heard a thing. The store will not give out any indication of anything.
Has anybody had any experience on the list there?

I just called the bridgewater apple store, apparently I'm 7th in line so I should get an email either tomorrow or sunday. I hope the dood wasn't messing around.
This is the first I've heard of anyone being told their place in line. Not to burst your bubble, but he was probably just making that up to appease you. I don't think they even have access to that information from what I'm hearing.

Timmy2, I am also on the list at the Uptown Minneapolis Apple Store. Got on the afternoon of 6/29 for a 16GB phone. Other than the email confirming I am on the list I have heard nothing. Which are you listed for, 16GB or 32GB? Any one else in Minneapolis?

I can confirm there is no access to what place in line you are. I asked and the apple store rep told me he didn't have that information. Unless he was lying, I did call 10 min before the store closed. I was on the list though so that's good. I reserved on June 30th btw.
I was put on the priority list on June 28th. No word except for the "moving up" email.
I guess its safe to assume that no one gets theirs on the weekends due to no shipments?
That would make the earliest date on Monday for me
I dunno, I called twice and both times they told me how far along I have until I get mine. first I was 62 (last Thursday) and today 7th. and guess what.. he was right... picking it up tomorrow!
yea first i called to get my name on a list and they say ok we can do that no email then i call cause my email got hacked (got it back that night same dude who stole my 3g) they check and whats this come get it after 1 day im like sweet so i grabe 360.10 for the 32g and they say your name is not on the list here so im asking wtf man i called and the same dude who told me said im srry i wanted to hit him so hard i mean my mom is sick and had to drive 30 mile there and 30 back with money she dont have so im hopeing fv gets it soon cause this is bull ****
I just put myself on the priority list today, are iPhones really this hot or is Apple intentionally limiting demand? Either way, I might cancel it if the white one becomes available. I saw the display models today and the screen is simply amazing. You can't see the pixels and the text and pictures are just stunning.
Think you mean limiting supply. And I doubt it, considering the sale numbers. Trust me, this theory has been 'round and 'round. Apple is clever, but this is just insane demand for a hot, highly anticipated product.
I also am on the list for this same store! I added my name on July 3rd. I hope I get my soon! Its now the 7th day.
Anyone here on the Valley Fair,CA list? How long have you been waiting? I heard 8 days is the wait?
2 weeks seems to be the average, although I would think that would start improving soon.
Does Apple send out "your iphone is ready eMails" over the weekend? I assume that they do not receive shipments during the weekend, but you never know....(its apple)

I believe I did see somewhere that people received emails over the weekend. They could possibly get a shipment on Saturday but also keep in mind at the end of the day they most likely have a handful that werent picked up, so those go down the list.
5th Ave - NYC
Been waiting on the 16gb version since June 27th. Coming up on 2 weeks tomorrow. Got the "moving up the list" email on Thursday, but this is infuriating.
Anybody put their name down after the 27th at the 5th Ave. store and get their phone already?

Yeah im waiting for Valley Fair store too. I put my name on the list on the 5th. I'm really hoping to get it by the 13th.
