Damn I called them today and first they said they sent me an email. Then she said she could put me down on a list where I would get a cancelled order. She said I could pick it up tomorrow. I really want it today, but let's see what happens.

Got my email for the 16gb in Shadyside, Pittsburgh. Unfortunately, they canceled personal shopping appointments because of the huge shipment. Can't wait to go get it though!

I think I'll get my pick up today or tomorrow to be honest and put my name on the list like 5 minutes ago.
As BGR said, Apple is sending massive shipments this weekend (starting today) and there plan is to sell them first come, first serve by Monday so they want to get rid of all people on priority list by Sunday night, YES!

I just got an email that an iPhone is ready for me for pick up at the Beverly Center store.
I put myself on the reservation list on Monday, so that only took 4 days.
I already bought an iPhone 4 on Tuesday at a Best Buy that happened to have some in stock, so I won't be picking up the waiting iPhone unless my wife wants it.

Got my confirmation receipts from both stores, hoping to have a "pick up" email by the end of today,
I put my name on the list yesterday morning and received the email to pickup today! Do I have 24 hours to pick it up or by the end of the day that the reservation states?? Guess I'll give them a call and find out. I live 2 hours away from the nearest Apple store so I need to plan accordingly.
Added my name to the Freehold NJ store after hearing about the white today. They told me it will be 3 weeks just like the website says. I'm assuming this is incorrect, as most people here have said it never takes that long.

Iphone watch day 8... No Email. Maybe the Pasadena Store was a bad idea. I need my Retina Display, this 3g is slow slow with the new OS.

After i was finished with the list i asked if the wait time will be 3 weeks and she laughed and said good luck ,Was thinking about that all night.
Its very sad that it is not possible to preorder an phone to a concrete date. i fly to london from germany at aug. 10. i have 2 reservations running and i hope they get real to at the 10th. else i will provide them to you guys. i also hope u keep me in mind when u cant take the preorder at the 10th, i will pay a gratification!
