iPhone 4 stuck in FORT WORTH, TX

I do not believe so. From what we can gather, it is sitting in a truck waiting to get scanned by Fedex. I don't think the tracking # gets registered until fedex actually has it.

he probably just said that based on the 9000 calls he got asking the same thing today.

Who knows tho--this whole process is pretty whacked. nobody knows whats going on

If you mean your tracking info still says picked up ..but you see no memphis flight. maybe it went to the hub in indianpolis.
that's closer than memphis to cleveland. then from there a flight to cleveland for delivery tomorrow at 8am :)

Flight or maybe even truck depending on where it's going after Memphis I guess. Ft. Worth isn't terribly far from Memphis.

FWIW, mine has said picked up in Ft. Worth since 6 AM, but a call to FedEx at about 4 PM today revealed that my phone had made it to Memphis and was at the hub.
 
I'm still expecting mine tomorrow. The FedEx status says "On Schedule" and that I'll get it tomorrow by 3. Am I too optimistic? :p

I hope thats the case for mine, still says picked up in Fort Worth as of 6am. Still at that status, i'm in Los Angeles and have a scheduled delivery for Wednesday by 3:30.

Really? I called fedex each time and they said--no it had not moved. maybe you called a special # or just got luckier.
 
Mine's moved, but not since 5:30 PM this evening. It says:

In Transit
FORT WORTH, TX


No activity since. I think it's moved, but it hasn't been updated yet. It just wouldn't make since going through 6 hours in transit.

Yea. Thanks for the input though. I wish my tracking number would work, that would be me at ease at least!

Well even if you had a tracking #, then you'd just sit and watch it not move.
That said, looks like we are getting to the end of the process here.
Before I think they were slowing down the process on purpose.

I more or less want the # so I can confirm it IS in Forth Worth. Oh well. You're right though. Might as well give up on finding anything new out and just start watching my door for the fedex guy :rolleyes:
 
Mine was in Ft Worth with a delivery date of tomorrow by 3pm. It left at 840pm this evening and I am about 5hrs away so I imagine by truck. The Fort Worth Fed Ex distribution is HUGE so I imagine if mine went out so will yours in just a matter of time. Hang in there guys if they say you will get it tomorrow I bet most will :) Now if mine isn't here I am gonna throw a bitchin fit :D
 
People act like it is their child stuck in some remote city. Good cripes.
 
Hrmph. My FedEx tracking is still showing delivery on 6/4 before 4:30p, even though I received the much-heralded "you'll get your phone on 6/23" e-mail from Apple.

Why am I complaining about this? No idea. :)
 
maybe you guys can tell me why in the world my package would go this rout the Destination is to Montrose, CO on Estimated delivery Jun 23, 2010 by 3:00PM. You think it would go strait to Denver, CO from Fort Worth, TX :(

LOL you are right just that just gets me wondering why would they go like in a circle to get to a place thought a strait line be faster, and I was just wondering if anybody knew if there was a logic behind doing that, thats all :D

No worries. Some of us DO get where you are coming from :D
At least you can track yours! My number is dead. Fedex says it won't move from forth worth until tomorrow. I haven't heard of anyone else in this situation but oh well!:rolleyes:

It was all the fedex guy could take, so he stopped in Montrose for beer. He'll get on down to Denver in the morn'.

Arrived at FedEx location
INDIANAPOLIS, IN
Hopefully it still gets to NJ today like it's supposed to
