So FedEx just called with the results of the trace and said the package is out for delivery!
Another note, I asked if the package requires a person to sign and they said no.

Mine is scheduled for today by 3pm to Los Angeles, but it's still in fort worth. Called fedex and was told the plane was delayed by a severe thunderstorm. They wouldn't say it was definitely delayed a day, but it is looking that way. Last scan was around 8pm.
Someone lied to you and sorry to disappoint you. I'm in Dallas. There is not severe weather anywhere close to Ft. Worth. Or anywhere in between there and California.
He's right. Unless they are worried the plane will melt before takeoff, all is well, dry, and hot here in Texas.

Looking at other threads, it looks like a storm has messed up their global tracking system and delayed it by several hours.
So the actual DEVICE wasn't delayed by a storm, just the tracking of it. Check your front porch now!

But looking at the weather, there's no storm anywhere between the two points. So if he's talking about the storm up in Canada, then maybe. Otherwise, he's just pulling your chain.
Well, just got an update from 3:51am that it departed Ft.Worth... Hoepfully that means there's an outside chance it makes it here to Los Angeles. (I wonder if that means I shouldn't post here anymore since I'm techincally NOT "stuck in Fort Worth" anymore?

Called Fedex and they said the same thing about bad weather - when i asked them where the bad weather was, TX, or GA, she said Indiana, because the shipment had to go via Memphis anyway she said they could not put a trace on it till after 3 pm (estimated delivery time).Colorado here, says mine left at 4:12 AM, still says delivered by 3 today. No updates since though!

I'm in Dallas. So if it truly left FTW, then they've had the chance to drive it, on a truck, to Alabama and back and still deliver it today. No clue why there's no update as to where it went after it left.
