Mine said the same thing, but it is also showing that it is one time for delivery on the 23rd. I'm not too worried.
Mine did too until about 20 mins ago shows it landed in Indianapolis - about 3 hrs from here.
Well after having been worried most of the day since my phone left memphis at 2:16 and no updates, I can finally rest easy.

My status changed about an hour ago as well. As of 1:45AM it was here in Houston at the sort facility. Still on track for delivery tomorrow by 3pm.

So one of the members here was right, the iPhones at Fort Worth must have boarded a late flight to Oakland, CA. My iPhone just left there at around 4am, most likely going to land in Oakland, CA at 6am and head out to the distribution centers for those getting it in the Bay Area.
I'm glad that I wasn't put in a position to need to call FedEX, but its just funny how everyone's tracking information is so sporadic. When I bought my iMac, 2 days worth of tracking info had popped up in an hour and little did I know it was at my door by the time I closed the browser.

My tracking shows delivery by 6/23 3PM and I live in Dallas, but the status hasn't changed from "Picked up - Ft. Worth" for the last 2 days. Why isn't it "Out for Delivery" as of this morning? Is my phone sitting in Joe T. Garcia's, getting toasted on margaritas? STOP MESSING AROUND AND GET OVER HERE!
I live in GA and although FedEx online tracking still shows the package as in transit (in fort worth TX) when I called to track it said it was in GA and enroute to its destination. Try calling 1.800.463.3339 to check on yours. Hopefully they deliver today!
I think the status updates are delayed so just hold tight. Mine didn't leave fort worth until 3:41am but I didn't update until 7:30am. Also that makes sense since the chicago flight left at 3:46am and landed at 5:24am today.
It should be my lucky early iphone day. Seeing as how I ordered at 2 AM the 15th. But nope. 24th delivery for me. Theres a group of about 50 of us who just got completely screwed. Our iphones won't leave forth worth until LATER today (the 23rd). Glad I ordered so early, really paid off for me in the end

The flight to oakland left at 4:09. If that's what yours says--then it was likely on the OAK flight. It left about 20 minutes late. Landed 5:49 AM. I would guess we'll get an update by 7 or 8 am. Hopefully it says "on the truck for delivery"

How do you know the flight times?
Does Fedex leave the item at people's door like UPS? I cannot take a day off today so I can concerend about mail theft - it happened a few times in my condo complex. Or does Fedex leave a note and ask me to pick it up at its facility nearby?
They should leave you a note notifying you what time they tried to deliver, which attempt it was (first, second, etc) and when they're next attempt will be. You can call the FedEx location with your tracking number at that point and ask if you can pick it up, which is usually after 5PM in my area.
Sucks that it just sat there and did nothing for a day:

Did your update status change yet? Mine still stuck at Fort Worth, TX since 6AM on the 22nd. Haven't change yet, I called up and they told me there was a mechanical problem in the plane and that there no scan in Atlanta yet so it would be delay for until tomorrow.
Ok so this time I called FedEx and actually talked to a person who said something along the same lines (a mechanical delay with the ATL bound plane in Fort Worth that may delay delivery until tomorrow). The CSR put a trace on the package to find out exactly where it was.
It would be nice to get it a day early, but I was prepared to wait until tomorrow anyways!

So FedEx just called with the results of the trace and said the package is out for delivery!
Another note, I asked if the package requires a person to sign and they said no.

Mine is scheduled for today by 3pm to Los Angeles, but it's still in fort worth. Called fedex and was told the plane was delayed by a severe thunderstorm. They wouldn't say it was definitely delayed a day, but it is looking that way. Last scan was around 8pm.
