The AT&T iPhone 4 is GSM. Sprint is a CDMA network.

T-mobile uses two bands to send / receive data. Maybe it will work @ 3G somewhat on T-mobile's network! (receive only 3G??)I hope...

Well partly true. You have to ship it to billing addy when ordered but you can go back in and have it changed to any addy after. At least last year you could.

Not sure how many Sprint users there are, but as a long time Sprint user I'm definitely buying one. Going from my ailing Palm Pre to an iPhone 4s is gonna be pretty great. It will also be great to get a world phone while staying on a cheaper plan when I'm home.

Looks to me like Apple just bumped up the phone to be on par with what's currently out right now. I'm not sure what the iPhone 4S offers that phones in the same price category don't.

Same thing that I thought with my 3GS and iOS 4. With the difference between a 3GS and a 4 already being rather large, the difference from a 3GS to a 4S is even bigger.

I don't see why anybody who got a 3GS from the start and still has it would not want to upgrade to the 4S.

Yeah i'm definitely upgrading. I was hoping for something different but i'm slowly accepting it. 4S is definitely a major upgrade from the 3GS.

Totally agree. I have a 3GS phone and looking forward to purchasing the 4GS. Hmm, so does that mean in 2 years the 5GS will be available?

Better software/harware integration, better true (not stated spec) battery life. Better camera (it's not just about mp) IMHO a better screen, WAY better app store, WAY better looking (IMHO) glass and stainless trumps plastic and glass any day, siri assist....... Just a few of the things I think are better.

The reason I ask is because when I went to the store to get the iPad 2, every person was only allowed to buy 2 at the most.
