I am working in office right now, but I'll be definitely not going to let this go today, maybe in the evening.
I am already talking to the Apple Supervisor.

Ordered mine Saturday after launch day at 5pm. Phone just shipped and will be here tomorrow. Whoop whoop!
I'm part of the group stuck here:
Incheon, Korea, Republic of 09/25/2012 8:30 P.M.
I just completed a live chat with UPS who told me the phone is in fact still sitting in Korea. I had gotten a My Choice e-mail yesterday with a delivery date of today and the website delivery still shows tomorrow. The UPS chat guy said the e-mail was not correct and to "keep checking the website", wow, thanks Captain Obvious.
Anyone else stuck in korea since 9/25 8:30 P.M??

This was my last tracking before going to bed at 12am EST this morning:

So after seemingly being stuck in Korea for 48 hours, I wake up to this!

Come on UPS!! What is the deal?! So my 2 packages left their place of origin, went to Korea, went back to China and then back to Korea again?
My only hope is this: "Forwarded to the facility in the destination city."
Anyone know what this means? All of this tracking insanity would require a masters in rocket science to understand, but to me, this means that it may be at its destination location? Anyone else have this on their tracking and/or received an explanation from UPS?
This is why I'm a glass half empty guy![]()
I'm in the same shipment. UPS sent me an email yesterday saying delivery today, but since it hasn't imported yet I don't think I'll see it today. Web tracking still says tomorrow.
Well flightstats has both flights as departed within 15 mins of their scheduled time, so I guess flightaware doesn't have them until they get closer.
The bad news is tracking didn't update for me with a departure scan, so I guess I get *another* layover counted in *days* before my phone actually leaves asia.
Origin scan on this phone was 3 days ago.

Delivered - 64Gb Black to NYC.
inital estimate was on 10-05
This is going to be a very long work day until I get home to pick it up!
Mine shipped on the 23rd. Checked my bank account and the charges for the two phones was "pending". It was "pending" on Monday and Tuesday. I checked this morning and the pending charges are gone and the money has been put back in my total and it is as if the transaction never happened!?!?!?! I called Apple and everything is clear on their end. It is supposed to deliver on Oct 1. I think it has left Hong Kong.
Anyone else have this happen in regard to the charges? I'm guessing the charging process will happen again once it reaches the the US or some certain point?
I'm wishing I had waited in a 6 hour line on the 14th instead of waiting like this for 11 days.
OK, now am confused (again, or still?). Got a UPS My Choice delivery email at midnight last night indicating delivery tomorrow between 4 and 7PM, but the tracking page still shows it in Korea.... Man, UPS was NOT ready for this. At this point, I'm not blaming Apple any more, looks like they got my phone to UPS 4 days ago, and it is just now getting out of Asia...

Just got a departure scan from Incheon!
Incheon, Korea, Republic of 09/26/2012 11:59 P.M. Departure Scan
Is anyone who has the Flightaware stuff showing a departure from Incheon to PANC taking off soon?
Actually, if they indeed did clear the customs in Korea, there should be no other hiccup and the 9/28 date should still be possible. It also finally explains, why the shipment got broke to different parts and our stayed in Korea this long. I'm also waiting in Toronto.Yes, mine is stuck in the same batch. Is yours going to Toronto/GTA too?
Just decided to talk to UPS although I knew I wouldn't get any reliable info. According to the agent I spoke, They cleared Canadian customs in S. Korea. I don't believe this is true. He also said they were on track to deliver my phone by EOD Oct 2 since that is the commitment they have with Apple.
Originally UPS showed delivery by EOD Sep 28 and that info has disappeared from the tracking page since last morning.
Anyway, I have no hope this will now come before Oct 1 at the earliest. My tracking page says "Shipped by UPS Worldwide Expedited" which translates to 5 business days.
Edit: Mine was just updated:

Of course. Why not?
It makes me feel horrible for being angry that my phone isn't here yet.
