been having the same issue here. Oct 1st expected delivery date. Very annoyed that apple wouldnt even let me cancel my order so i can just walk into the store and buy one. Very disappointed with this experience especially since a co-worker ordered his same day but at 7pm and already has his.

well I have about 6 different reference numbers wrapped around my package so I'm hoping that means I have at least 5 other people I can team up with

Apparently UPS lost my package and Apple sent me the below email:

And now after I check the status of my order it says "Processing" again with 3-4 weeks and Oct End delivery.
I am pissed with Appler and UPS.
Whatever you do do not Hold the package.
Those flights could be delayed due to a number of reasons. You may want to check what's sitting offshore...

If you are really OCD like I am, go to Flightaware and track the UPS flights coming out of HK
Well flightstats has both flights as departed within 15 mins of their scheduled time, so I guess flightaware doesn't have them until they get closer.
The bad news is tracking didn't update for me with a departure scan, so I guess I get *another* layover counted in *days* before my phone actually leaves asia.
Origin scan on this phone was 3 days ago.
That really sucks but I almost wish this would happen to me so I could just cancel my order, its a joke at this point. I've never seen such large corporations such as Apple and UPS create such a Cluster F.
I agree, I almost cancelled my order but later found out that the stores are now out of stock too. So I had to undo my cancel.
I feel like I need to file a complain somewhere, can someone help?
Anyone else have their phone arive in Louisville this morning around 2:02am? Mine seems stuck there for now... No delivery date from UPS. I am aware of the bad weather, and the delay at custums that sometimes happens... Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat as me...

I get the feeling that most of us left monitoring this thread are either stuck in Asia still, or haven't shipped yet...

I am already talking to the Apple Supervisor.
I'm in the same shipment. UPS sent me an email yesterday saying delivery today, but since it hasn't imported yet I don't think I'll see it today. Web tracking still says tomorrow.
Ughh... So we didn't make it onto the UPS61 flight to Anchorage that left a few hours ago? Some of the folks yesterday said that they didn't get a tracking update until the plane landed in Anchorage... Was still holding out hope that that was the case again today and mine was on it even though UPS tracking is saying it's stuck in Korea.
Ordered mine Saturday after launch day at 5pm. Phone just shipped and will be here tomorrow. Whoop whoop!
