I'm in the same boat gmac.. no "out for delivery" message and hanging on to a shred of hope that it will be delivered to my office in the next hour. Obviously not happening though..

Shipping says "In Transit On Time" for "09/28/12 by end of day." Bollocks!!

Yeah - I called them up and they told me Tuesday. Guy was clearly reading from a script. Hilariously rigid.

I asked him how it could possibly take 3 business days to ship something from Hamilton to Toronto. Hamilton is practically a suburb of Toronto!

Answer: You can expect your shipment by October 2nd.

Arrived in Concord. Still by End of Day. My ass.

So it took the driver an entire day for a few kilometers?!

It just took them all day to get 40 minutes down the road. I just got the arrival scan notice for Concord. Pretty sure it isn't coming today. Would love to just go drive up there and pick it up though.

Mine just said that it arrived at Concord, ON. Don't know if it will be out for delivery right away or not. If not, I might try to pick it up from there.

Anyone knows till when the UPS Hub at Concord is open for?

Are you allowed to pick it up in person? I may just do that.

I'm sure if someone picked it up and sent it to me here it would get here faster.

Don't even waste your time, you can't pick up packages until a first delivery attempt is made , it's ups promise to the shipping company.

UPS is one big joke , they have lied to so many people on this forum and others about delivery dates and there is no repercussions for them.

I picked up a package from there before a couple of years ago. I think I'll have to call first though.

Trust me you can't pick it up....that is 100000% for sure you will not be able to pick it up without a first attempt delivery! It is UPS policy and they will not break it, been there done that.
