For my Canada Pals, this is what Live Chat said:

Tammy G.: I see on my system Chris that the shipment cleared customs yesterday. Once released from customs it takes one or two business days for a package to be delivered.

Tammy G.: the last location for the shipment was the Hamilton Airport in Ontario. Please continue to monitor for updates online.

Tammy G.: I understand your frustration. I am sorry I can't confirm the exact location at this point, however we do have a commit to deliver your shipment of Monday, no later than that.

I'm in Anchorage too and I recall how impressed I'd be with the deliveries of Apple products in past years. Not this year.

Had crossed fingers for today thinking yeah it should be fine maybe even Friday, but each step has been nothing short of Chinese water torture. Parked in Alaska for almost a full 24 hours? At this point, Monday the 10/1 scheduled date looks uncertain.

Understand the supply chain is what it is but it definitely is annoying to place an order in the early am orders and not see better execution. :rolleyes:

6:00 am order on 14th, 32GB black.

For all Canadians folks who stuck in mount hope. Just chatted with UPS and they told me Tuesday by end of day even though my tranking said Friday before it dissapeared. Also chatted with them yesterday and they confirmed Friday. Super unreliable :mad::mad::mad:

My Friday still hasn't disappeared.
 
Mine still says scheduled for delivery today Fri. Sept. 28.

Does it have to say "out for delivery"? If we were to get it today?

Tuesday would be Oct 2, thats what apple had quoted me in the shipping email. UPS had initially mentioned 28th and then disappeared. That also mean 7 business days instead of UPS claim of 3-5 for expedited!

must be a NJ thing since mine is stuck there too :eek:

Really hope to have it by Monday but by the looks of things tuesday might be the date.

You got Import Scan already? Mine's done "Unload Scan" in BC. It needs to clear Customs yet, then hop on a plane to Regina.

Maybe delivery on Monday, if they can clear it and ship it over the weekend. It needs to be at the truck about 5am Monday morning, to make it onto my rural delivery truck.

my tracking info has said Mount Hope since 9:27am. Any chance that it is out for delivery in Toronto today?

i wouldn't hold my breath. yesterday, mine said it would be delivered at the end of the day even tho the last update was import scan in louisville and i'm in california.
