This morning, ststus on 32gb changed to shipped, showing 9/21 delivery date with tracking number. Tracking shows it n China, however.

The 64 GB shows preparing for shipment now.

So, Looks like I may end up with one today!

Tonight, UPS shows the 32 GB has left Anchorage, AK and the 64 GB is in ZhengZhou.
So it looks like I'll get them sometime next week.
Mon and Tue would be nice!
 
Refreshing the tracking page is the new refreshing the Apple order status page.

Also, a little disappointed mine is Expedited and not Express. Explains why it's been sitting in ZengZhou for 18 hours while others have already moved on to Hong Kong.

Sigh, stuck in "Preparing to Ship" limbo. It's never going to leave. I won't be surprised if I get it on Oct 5th, scuffed to hell, with a yellow screen. Sigh

Ordered iPhone Black 32GB on Sept 14th at 5:00 AM EST from NJ.

Should have ordered through AT&T. My friend ordered around 5pm on Sept 14th through AT&T and he got his yesterday. Stupid move on my part.

My package is also express with the same departure update.
 
My 64gb White left Anchorage, AK at 8:23pm tonight, looking like I could have it by Tuesday instead of the projected Thursday 9/27 delivery date.

I don't know. My first phone to ship shows Express and it spent most of yesterday in ZengZhou before moving on.
 
Anyone know what flight number it is? The one that Left Anchorage at 8:23PM? Cant seem to find it or it disappeared off radar.
 
everyone that is on the 9:15am departure from Zhengzhou should arrive in Hong Kong around Noon.

Any ideas on flights from HK to Alaska? I have no idea where to track UPS flights
 
Yeah, what's the deal with Express vs Expedited?

Seems like those of us with Expedited were sitting in ZhengZhou right alongside the Expresses but the Express got a flight and we didn't.

Its the same, from what I have heard from sept. 21 peeps. just random, shows up differently for some people..

Mine is express and has been sitting in ZhengZhou supposedly for about 36 hours. So... Not sure if that makes a difference.
 
I'm looking at the scheduled flights for UPS tomorrow. Looks like those of us who are on our way to Hong Kong might go through Incheon, South Korea then to Anchorage. Not sure, maybe the flights from HK to Anchorage just aren't listed yet...

if your phone gets to Louisville on Sunday morning I don't see why you wouldn't have it on Monday.


I think my phone will be in Alaska tomorrow so I'm starting to get hopeful that I'll have mine on Tuesday

Well i live in NY so yeah. It'll have to go through the whole Edison sorting Facility in Jersey. Well it might make it to be on Monday but very unlikely. I see like 3 flights heading to Alaska already.

I bought mine via apple.com at 1hrs and 20mins after preorders started and got the 64GB Black.... and got the slower shipping of the two. I would've at least thought that the more expensive model would earn me the faster shipping...

I don't know how they figure it. But it probably ends up only making a difference of one day. Why some orders got preferential treatment is a mystery to me. Meanwhile, mine too is a 64 gig version and it's still sitting in China..Hasn't moved at all. :(
