Arrival Scan

Mine has been sitting in Louisville for a day :/

me too :D got a good feeling we'll have our phones tomorrow morning

Sorry to crush your hopes, but there is no way you will have your phone in the morning if you llve in SoCal. It is possible, but it will have to travel all the way from GA (assuming that is where yours just left) to Louisville then all the way to SoCal, then to your local USP by the end of the day today.. Realistically, that will not happen. Wednesday looks like a strong possibility.. I'm in Oklahoma, and I doubt I will get mine tomorrow, even though that would be great! :D

Another update for those who have an order in the same batch:

Incheon, Korea, Republic of 09/24/2012 11:50 P.M. Departure Scan
09/24/2012 7:46 P.M. Arrival Scan
ZhengZhou, China 09/24/2012 4:26 P.M. Departure Scan
ZhengZhou, China 09/22/2012 10:55 P.M. Arrival Scan
09/22/2012 10:45 P.M. Departure Scan
09/22/2012 1:59 A.M. Origin Scan
China 09/22/2012 11:16 A.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS

Same exact shipping info as you!

Found this, about 95% sure we're on our way to Alaska buddy :D

Something odd I noticed, figured I'd mention it here. I'm in the same boat as the folks who have been sitting in Louisville since 8AM yesterday (ordered at 5:30AM on the 14th). Both of my iPhones are with each other from what I can tell.

16GB Black shows:
Louisville, KY, United States 09/24/2012 10:30 A.M. Import Scan
Louisville, KY, United States 09/23/2012 8:28 A.M. Arrival Scan

64GB White only shows:
Louisville, KY, United States 09/23/2012 8:28 A.M. Arrival Scan

Not sure what it means that there was no Import Scan on the 64GB White. I'm guessing it means it hasn't gone through customs yet, whereas the 16GB Black just did. Since these are using World Ease, everything should go through customs as a single unit. Hopefully this means we're just waiting on a mass update through UPS tracking, and customs will be cleared for all these phones soon.

UPDATE: 64GB White was import scanned as of 11:12AM. Hopefully that means we're all clearing customs and will be moving soon.

actually it's very possible, right now the phones are going from GA to KY and they will then go from KY to Ontario which is the main hub for Southern Cali. (my iPad didn't get to Ontario until 4am and was in my hands 8 hours later)

So unless our phones don't leave KY today, there is no reason for them to not be out for delivery tomorrow.

mine is shipping UPS Worldwide Express

Import:

Delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon
Next business day delivery from Canada and Mexico
One or two business day delivery from Europe, Asia, and Latin America

Left Jamaica, NY today at 1AM..have to think it's here tomorrow??

Nope, appears its heading straight to Louisville, Kentucky. Enter your tracking number at http://PackageMapping.com. No account needed. As a previous poster noted, you get more details than via UPS.

Note: I caught grief at that site with iPad Safari and Chrome. ICabMobile finally worked.

It's most likely going to Louisville via Anchorage, mine is on the same flight. Most of these packages have to be processed by one of the global shipping centers to clear customs and then the pallets are broke down into their individual packages, sorted, and put on the appropriate plane to it's regional center.

Mine is also on the 1AM Jamaica flt so I got on live chat with UPS asking to clarify the fragementary tracking. (No arrival in Jamaica just a departure that is over 10 hours ago and so on). The rep told me that UPS has undertaken certain operational changes due to the volume Apple is pushing that is resulting in the tracking fragments. I'm guessing from that and other comments made here that they are using other carriers and so on. She said that they are trying to target the first deliveries of this second wave for tomorrow 9/25 but no guarantee on that at this point. All she could say is keep checking your tracking. You'll know when you're getting close when you see your local station pick it up on arrival - once there it will be back to normal UPS tracking.

Ahhh. Thanks. Back to re/re/re.../remapping out my new home screen on paper.

I'm in NJ and since both my phones just got Import Scanned, guessing I'll be on UPS2076 from Louisville to Newark at 3:58PM (landing at 5:34PM).

Anyone else on the 7AM flight from GA to Louisville? Im pretty sure that flight landed a couple hours ago; however, my tracking hasnt updated yet. Pretty sure that flight is only like 45 min. Hopefully its on its way to Oklahoma already!

I don't think so, since I did not find a direct flight from Korea to Louisville.

I think PackageMapping knows that our packages are on the way to Louisville, and I suspect that Alaska is part of the trip there. Reason being is that the site knows that the package is coming from overseas, it needs to clear customs somewhere, and traditionally packages leaving from Korea clear in Kentucky.

Of course I'd love it if I was wrong :p

What the heck? Straight from ZhengZhou to Louisville? Maybe UPS has teleportation technology that no one knows about...
