A "damaged" iPhone 5 has a cracked screen or a broken speaker, not some dust particles. An item whose lifestyle is akin to the set of keys jiggling in your pocket can't be held to the standard of a Ming vase.
What I'm slowly finding out in my conversations with you types today is that it's about the principle. Big-bad Apple "owes" you something because you've been "wronged". It's an invalid argument.

Lying to make a point only makes my point stronger. Have you looked at any of the images posted? Dust particles? Dented aluminum as well as scratches through the anodizing in no ones world equate to dust particles.
Spending $650 on any electronic device would garner such criticism especially when the main advertising focus has always been on quality.
You obviously could care less, so again, this topic doesn't apply to you or others with your mindset, and again, contributes to general decline of the standards in which consumer products are judged.
