Steve would never use a pencil for that, pencils are out. Steve declared pencils to be old tech. He would multi touch the guy to death. Or perhaps in fear of being sued for sexual harassment do a pinch zoom and shrink his head with some iVoodoo app thing... or use the ninja throwing star.

It looks a lot like a 3GS UNTIL you look at the camera. Definitely not 3GS camera. Also like someone else said, it looks a bit thin to be a 3GS.

how does anyone actually think this is a different phone from a 3GS (or 3G for that matter)?
It doesn't look anything thinner or wider then a standard iPhone.
The only thing I can't see at all is the camera. There appears to be a glare in that location.
But really this isn't news or rumors, just a person is a bad picture. Looks like it was taken with the front camera on the iPhone 4 zoomed in a lot.
If this really was an iPhone 5, then he would have calmly walked past him and snapped a pic.

Look at the volume button, it's the same as the 3GS one. It's highly unlikely they'll go back to that joined button design for the ip5.

Did anyone notice if you zoom in on the pic, that the flash appears to be directly below the camera lens maybe? Food for thought..

I would have thought that after the iPhone 4 saga, the prototypes would be locked down under gaurd, and some tech boy from the mail app design Dept or where ever would not be able to take one home to play with on the bus!!
