Good grief, get over the name. It's a marketing name, and makes sense because 5 comes after 4, whether or not it is the 5th iPhone model or not. Windows 7 and 8 aren't the 7th and 8th versions of Windows, technically. The iPhone 4S ran iOS 5 and had the A5 CPU, so the name "4S" makes perfect sense, right?
