This is even better if true. Faster and better battery life. The best of both world.
Man, between LTE, maps and the speed, this thing is a no brainer for me.... I have to work quickly a lot of times.... my 4S is lagging in what I need (Changing apps etc) but this thing is SUPER quick. I will be up at 12am this evening/tomorrow morning.
Who's with me!?
Well,
I think what Apple have done is pretty amazing. People complaining about the upgrades to the hardware and feeling underwhelmed should look at what Samsung did when they upgraded the SII to the SIII.

Although the design is quite similar, it's still the best looking phone on the market and the proportions are just right.
I wonder how much is the unlocked version of the iPhone 5 will cost. It does not say yet.
Battery life is roughly the same...bad *admittedly this isn't unique to Apple, but a larger and heavier phone with double the talk time would be far more beneficial to me.
So it's a bit faster, a bit thinner and a bit bigger. And everyone is foaming at the mouth. Why?
I feel this way too. I would have prefered an anodized white back, or a grey phone.

anodized white would have looked good but I don't think aluminum can be anodized white, at least not on the scale needed here. White colors can be achieved but are very sensitive to variances in the underlying metal and the colors tend to be inconsistent.![]()
Compared to the previous generation iPhone, which is the A5.
So in theory, the new A6 has the same GPU performance as the A5X, but better CPU performance.
The next iPad will use, maybe, an A6X with even greater CPU performance to drive the big retina display?
I am a businessman and you cannot use "business" and "cool" in the same sentence. Thanks.
First, who is foaming at the mouth, exactly?
Second, they do deserve credit for an impressive launch. They're improved basically every single aspect of the device. And yet are selling it at the same price as the most recent model. What's not to like about that?
The best smartphone on the market has arrived. Truly a dismal day for Apple's competition.
"It's really easy to make a product that's bigger, everyone does that." (Phil Schiller - September 12, 2012)
I am ready to pre-order mine at 12:01 AM.![]()
