Out of curiosity which capacity (16gb, 32gb, 64gb), color and carrier are you trying for?
Waisted another 45 minutes keep clicking and refreshing from 9:45 till 10:30.
Still nothing for a black 16GB GSM iphone 5.

This will be my 5th night. Houston, looking for Verizon 16GB black. My old phone actually bricked itself on Sunday, so I hope I can find something soon.
Most nights, I've seen zero availability within 300 miles. One night I saw one in Austin. Another night I saw one north of Dallas (Frisco).
If I order one for delivery, can I keep playing this game to hedge my bets?

Around 2 AM last night.. I saw about 3 stores in Austin have stock. Does this mean they possibly get updated at random times throughout the night?

I ordered one online so gotta wait 4 weeks to come in.
If I get one locally I'd just cancell the online order.
But your credit card would be charged full price for the 10pm order... can that be reconciled at the store?
I've heard similar stories, but I'm too old to stay up that late.

I ordered one by adding a line to my family plan online.
The other one Im trying for a local pickup is as an early upgrade.
Once you get to the store you can arrange and put it any way you want. Full price, early upgrade, full upgrade, add a line etc...
I'm adding two iPhones to a Verizon account that currently just has an iPad. So that should not be an issue.

That Verizon phone in Austin lasted 8 minutes. Too damn far to drive from Houston...
Now the question is, should I stay up all night hitting the ENTER key over and over... I guess not; If the stores near me had AT&T stock, that means they've done their inventory.

Wow for the last 3 nights I have been adding all 6 verizon iphone 5 models to my cart in hopes that any of them would be available and now I find out that searching for "all eligable items" means a store that has all 6, when I was just searching for ANY of them.
I feel like I could have passed up an iPhone 2 days ago or something if I had entered a specific model instead of all eligible.

I checked all over Central time zone and only 1 store had any cdma phone and that was austin. I guess verizon iphone 5 is scarce compared to at&t and I would just try my luck at radioshack, target, walmart, local VZW stores, and online reservation with Apple.
Yeah the store in on Boston street or whatever it was had stock of the 32g white one at 11 CST.. then i noticed more stores getting stock so i checked back in texas and sure enough my stores had them too.
again does anyone know if they'll hold for more than a day? :/ if i call them will they be more inclined? haha

Man, I give up. I will never find any local. I keep spending hours clicking away every night and nothing
