iPhone 5 Reservation at Apple Store

There was a 16gb VZW black at Pioneer Place in Portland that disappeared in about 1 minute.
Does anyone know if there is a way to quickly cancel a VZW pre-order in order to snag one of these? Or a way around it? I'm guessing no.

That hurts man. I was able to get one black verizon 32 at Biltmore for my pops. But when I went back to get mine, they were all gone at 10:05. Were there any available somewhere else in the AZ? I never saw any.
Will they get new shipments for Saturday morning or is that just wishful thinking?
Albuquerque, NM. The only Apple Store in the state is here and we don't get any stock... Go figure right?

I was able to order two. An apple sales rep told me the other day that if I wanted two phones I needed to to the reservation thing twice. Presumably they can put them on the same account when you pick them up. I am switching from Verizon business to Sprint, so a black and a white 64GB. My trick was to input all my order data on two different browsers and click at the same time. If I did not do it that way and I got the new phone and my wife didn't, I would need to surf more porn on my new phone...
I got a 32gb at Biltmore too.
I didn't see any in else in AZ, i was hoping the one at San tan would be available, but oh well. I guess the 45 minute trip is worth it
