Mine is right on time... ImageUploadedByTapatalk1347881230.401469.jpg

did a reference search through UPS with my CTN and my iphone 5 is on its way. It still shows preparing to ship on apple's site.

I believe there is a fee to have it held. You can do it with the free MyChoice service, but there is a fee. It's free to have it held if you have paid MyChoice I believe (I have the paid and I've done it for free, so YMMV with the free service but that's my understanding).

I honestly haven't had a reason to have mine held - I can call my driver if I need to have it not be delivered (I really do babysit for him!). I did have a package that was coming on his day off and it wasn't going to have it work sitting, and I pondered what to do - then my plans imploded and well, problem avoided.

But because I haven't needed it, I haven't checked on what I can pay for and can't!

I just know that I really like those emails for the deliveries I don't know when they are coming!

Oh and he thinks he will have about 100 on his truck, i'm curious to see what it really is!

As these being flown out of China (ZhengZhou) and Hong Kong, anyone watching for weather/flying conditions in that region ? :p and praying for no adverse conditions ? Ya know, they get typhoons quite often ...

Now I got you all worried about it ?

Was able to check mine and it shows it's in TN for a 9/21 delivery via UPS. Shipping to KY. Wish I could just drive down there and pick it up today....lol. Can't wait for Friday

Looks like mine just landed in Incheon, South Korea. It's on the way...

Same for me. Interesting. In previous years the shipments seem to have gone straight from that Hong Kong location (after China, of course) but then straight to an import location in Alaska. This stop in Korea seems to be new. I'm not posting this in panic as I know it'll get here (I'm amazed by the level of paranoia around here sometimes). I genuinely find it interesting to watch UPS & FedEx logistics deliver. Reading the data points around here it's clear that they use so many different ways to make things happen, but in the end it all comes together. It's incredible to watch.

Nah, UPS has a top notch meteorology department. Why worry about things that other people are paid to worry about? I have every bit of confidence that the iPhones will arrive on time - they even have an extra day of padding versus their typical Worldwide Express commitment.

My post was sarcastic and to add one more thing to worry about for those who are spending their days refreshing UPS status page :)

For anyone having issues finding their tracking number via the reference number, try your BILLING or home phone number. My mobile phone didn't work but my home phone did.
