Mine is still preparing for shipment. It's been like that since early yesterday morning. 32GB White, going to Boston. I changed my shipping address while it was processing, hopefully that doesn't delay my shipment :(

If they switched from standard to holiday, like they did for me they will most likely have 2 per phone... just a thought if they created labels and changed the shipping.

Mine was standard then switched to Holiday on Friday night I believe.

Quick and go sign up for UPS MyChoice. It will email you when it hits for delivery with a window for delivery. Which cracks me up. Not that the time will be accurate this time - but at least you would know if you are a morning or afternoon delivery.

If your pay the $40 you can schedule the delivery when it works for you too. I just use the free service and call my UPS guy. Although, I did joke I was going to sign up and schedule just to throw his whole day off! :D

So we can check if it's morning or afternoon for free?

Thats depressing. Addison is 3 hours away from me and im not getting my phone til October 15th at the latest. Oh well, i guess thats how it works!

I tried, nothing.

Don't worry about it. Mine works this year, but last year it didn't and I was in the minority. It seemed everyone else's was working. I was worried. But then I got the actual tracking # (which u will get by tues or wed) and all was fine. And then there were a bunch of people who never got their tracking #'s until the day it was being delivered and it still worked out fine.

Good to hear thanks.

You can check whether it's morning or afternoon easily by using the time-in-transit calculator, which I detailed here:

I believe only the shipper can have it held before an attempt. That might differ with the PAID MyChoice service.

I believe there is a fee to have it held. You can do it with the free MyChoice service, but there is a fee. It's free to have it held if you have paid MyChoice I believe (I have the paid and I've done it for free, so YMMV with the free service but that's my understanding).

So im guessing that if you ordered str8 from apple.com you can track your order thru ups and fedex using your phone number or order number???...Or will it work if you ordered from the AT&T website also? Im still having no such luck :( I ordered around 4:16am EST after the apple site stated that it will take 2-3 weeks to ship lol
