Looks like after a stopover in Anchorage, it will continue to UPS's main hub in Louisville, KY...arriving sometime after midnight (ET) tonight!

I used the phone number method on UPS.com. We live in Dallas, Texas.
Mine left China last night and is now in Korea (32gb Black AT&T).
My girlfriend's originated in Nashville (16gb Black AT&T).

Same as you. Mine did not change to "Preparing for Shipment" until 4PM EST yesterday. I figure they all change once a day.

Should be - but remember, the more rural you are, or even more residential, the more this rule doesn't apply. UPS can only hit so many houses before noon. You can have UPS hold the shipment at the facility and go pick it up. I did that last year for my 4S - worked out great. I had it in the AM instead of late that night since I lived in the middle of nowhere.
Mine shipped Next Day Air Saver from Nashville, and is scheduled for delivery on Friday. I live in Nashville, it's painful waiting four more days when it's right across the street.

I've been pretty active in the threads lately and I haven't seen anyone that has FedEx. Looks like UPS got the contract

well it could be that ups is handling the overseas portion, and fedex is doing the ground work

I thought maybe the phone was on flight UPS69. Guess not....
FWIW, UPS has my phone, and Fed Ex has the extra Lightning cable that I ordered on the 13th, also coming from overseas. It's actually in the same location my phone last was.
