I tried this last year and they told me they had to do one attempted delivery. How did you get this done?

I called the local depot the day before it was to be delivered and they held it for me.

I ordered both my phones within minutes of the preorder, and 'nada.

My order shows up on UPS tracking. It's currently in Addison, Ill. The status shows it as "Order Processed: Ready for UPS".

On the Apple Store site, it still says that my order is being prepared for shipment. But according to UPS, my phone, like others' phones, has gone from ZhengZhou, China to Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong to Incheon, South Korea to Anchorage, AK. Quite the world traveler, I see!

I hate to be such a dork about this, but any day that I get any sort of new electronics is just like Christmas or a birthday!
