That looks like an Apple.com order not an AT&T store order and you need to give size and color. AT&T seems to be no further then 9/23 still for 16GB black.

Yes I didnt know about the credit until they sent me the text message with the details. I'm pretty stoked.

I've been charged for my 32 GB i5 (from verizon online store @ full retail price) but the tracking info hasn't changed just says:

I ordered two white 16g from Verizon on 9/29 and now my Order Status Confirmation changed to this, too! I've been stalking that page for days, and it only ever said "Pre-Order Status", so now that it changed to this, I'm hoping it will be processed, shipped, and at my door early next week!
Ordered my 64g white I5 on 10/10/12 around 10PM and I should have it 10/22 according to Fed Ex.
I actually had to reorder, I went into the verizon store, they told me they had the i5 32 gb in stock. They canceled my online order while they were ringing up my order, then they said they had to talk to their manager... they came back and told me I could not purchase the iPhone at full price in store, only online, doesn't that sound a bit ridiculous? I had to reorder and now I doubt it will ship until the last possible date...
Not as many people order through the carrier stores but bum rush Apple. AT&T likely has more subscribers than Verizon as well.

I ordered mine on ATT 10/13 and its still backordered.
edit: nvm. You ordered a 64g. The 16g is in much higher demand.
Usually within 24 hours. Anything longer than that and you should call verizon.
Also, when/what did you order?
I had originally ordered on the 11th but I called and changed my order from a 16g to a 32 on the 16th because I had heard they were shipping faster. Then when I tried to purchase an iPhone in store last night they canceled my order and I had to re-order again last night, so technically my order was initiated last night. Sorry - long answer ...
It's alright. And man that's quick! If I had the extra money for the 32 I would change, too. But I don't, so I have to wait.
Got another week, so it's not too bad, lol.

Actual Delivery from FedEx was on 18th Oct
Time: Verizon store, sign-in, attendant, transfer data from Driod X to iPhone,
Sales pitch for accessories, estimated 90 minutes.
Advice: If you are going from apple to apple, back up data to the cloud. This will cut the time down considerably. Make sure that the attendant ensures that Siri is available and working.

A nice rep says that all the phones are being built and even amounts are going to suppliers such as att, verizon and sprint. Because of att being the biggest of the suppliers they are shipping the slowest of the suppliers but still quicker than apple because apple has the most orders. 16 gigs are still the one that are in the highest demand but they are expected to arrive to most apple customers by the time that is estimated ship date. 64 are the second highest in demand. 32 are the ones that are shipping out faster but only by about a week. The white iphones all across the board are not being made as quickly as the black phones.

mine was black 16gb and yep got it from apple.com it arrived at my doorstep 2 hours ago!
