Same here my cc got charge yesterday noon and check my status still on process ...
A college town is a town that only exist cause of a college. Austin isn't a college town.
I ordered the same date as you but my delivery date is Oct 24th -31st and is still processing.

Hurray! I can't believe my iPhone was shipped yesterday and I didn't realize until today. I guess I somehow missed the confirmation email. I wasn't expecting it to be shipped until 10/26.

I am hoping that since it is a 64 GB version, which in my way of thinking, should be in less demand, it should ship quicker than other versions.

Mine is via USPS
Mine is via Fedex Home Delivery. I actually prefer the USPS (my USPS mailman is awesome especially with fragile/expensive packages, while the Fedex driver throws packages from 10 ft away, and the UPS left an expensive package on the front door that got stolen). But I guess in the end it all depends.
I ordered a white 16gb from Apple.com on 9/26. Says delivers this week via next day shipping before noon. Not sure what shipper that is. Still says processing. Oddly enough my cable and adaptor that said 1-2 wks shipped the next day.
How did you get next day shipping? That wasn't an option when I ordered on apple.com on 9/27
Ordered a white iPhone 5 16GB from AT&T on 9/29 and it still says processing .. Estimated shippings dates were 10/18 - 10/29 but hopefully it ships sometime this week ! But AT&T ended up giving me an $80 credit and 500 extra rollover minutes for the wait
It wasn't an option for me either- but my initial order got cancelled somehow, so when I reordered Apple upgraded it.

Ordered the black 64GB from online AT&T Site yesterday and I got the email today at 11:30 saying that it has shipped from the Fortworth warehouse and is in transit to Austin. Got the UPS tracking number too, although for some reason it still doesn't show when I can expect delivery. I bet it will say tomorrow. Awesome.

i ordered a 16gb black iphone 5 from verizon on 10/3 and still havent been charged on the credit card, verizon still says "we have received your order and its in process" seems like everyone else is having better luck than i am.
Ordered a black 32 att version through Apple.com on Sept. 27th. No shipment notification yet. I can't wait, my iPhone 4 seems slower every day. Anyone around the 27th get a shipment yet?
