He didn't specify. there's obviously something wrong with the whole first come first serve thing. It's making me doubt whether or not my phone will come at the end of the week or not.![]()
There has never been a first come/first serve 'thing' when you order from Apple. Some orders will get fulfilled before others, but that is due to the asembly of whatever you ordered.
We had the some types of complaints when the rMBPs first came out. Eventhough, for the most part if was FIFO receipt of orders, but every now and then someone would get an order earlier.
Ordered on 9/28 around noon in person at AT&T store (16gb black). No email notifications yet and still says "processing" when I check my order status, been a long wait but hopefully I get it this week

If it says it's under maintenance, try it from your phone and it should work.
I ordered my two iPhone 5 64G black on 10.09.2012 and both arrived on 10.12.2012. Employee states perhaps the reason our phones arrived sooner than if I had ordered the 16GB or 32GB is there my not be much demand for the 64GB model.

What's up with ATT? I'm really disappointed with the rate they are sending orders.
Who knows? I'm actually porting over from Verizon so this is my first experience with them...not a good one to say the least.
You can't really blame Verizon, there's just a high demand for the phone and there's many other people in the same position as us right now.
No I'm coming from Verizon to AT&T. Verizon has nothing to do with it. I'm just saying that this is my first experience with AT&T and it hasn't been good lol.
They should've at least implemented a system where people who have been with ATT longer be higher on the queue.
That link doesn't work for me because I ordered from Premier. I found out that the Premier ordering system is actually different from the regular AT&T wireless order system. Here is the phone # for anyone who ordered through Premier that wants to check their status, etc: 866-499-8008 (Mon-Fri 8am-10pm EST).
I called last Friday and it said the order was processing and will ship soon. Here's hoping...![]()
They should have just made a queue that you could see in general. If it wasn't for this forum, I'd have NO idea how close or far I was from shipping.
