Yes it's very frustrating. I know that my wait isn't going to be all that long, but there is no set date for when mine should ship which is what makes me mad.
Day 16 of my estimated 14-21 business day shipping period comes and goes, getting a little frustrated, I just want my phone!!!!
Nope, still "processing". Though I suspect my credit card may have just been pinged there's some hope after all!

I am never ordering from ATT again, thats for sure. Every iPhone upgrade (and my iPad 2) I have ordered directly from apple.com and have had no problems. Sure I had to wait awhile for the iphone 4S and iPad 2 to come in the mail because of demand, but nothing this bad. its been9 days and my order is still processing and back ordered.
The ONLY reason why I ordered from ATT is because I am using my dads upgrade and they told me I need to order from them to switch numbers. (which I have a feeling is a load of BS) I never like ordering from anywhere else other than Apple. Same reason you dont buy a BMW at a Toyota dealer, what the **** do they know about the product.

my 9/25 order for ATT changed to "shipped" a couple hours ago. will be at my door step by 3 tomorrow via UPS. just wanted to let my fellow 9/25ers know 🙂
That is indeed a load of BS. I pre-ordered through Apple.com the first day using my dad's line. Went to the ATT store with his old phone and my 4s after receiving the 5 launch day and they switched everything no problem.

He's saying if you ordered your phone in that timeframe, go to Google and type in UPS 61. It's for a UPS plane going to Anchorage [landed], then continuing onto Louisville. It's likely full of iPhones.
If you ordered your phone from Oct. 25-31 or the expected shipping dates we were given?

I'd say if those were your expected delivery dates. It'd be impossible for you to have ordered an iPhone 5 between October 25-31, because today is only October 22nd. 😀

I got an Emil with a preorder confirmation number. And have followed the link and put that in with my last name. Although its under my first name. Idk how it switched my name around.
