I'm using a black lock screen wallpaper with a little white Apple logo and a solid black wallpaper. Looks good on the white and makes iOS7 less objectionable.

I'm using a black lock screen wallpaper with a little white Apple logo and a solid black wallpaper. Looks good on the white and makes iOS7 less objectionable.
I have the white 5C with the black Apple "Hon" case. It looks really really good, but the white one will go with any of the cases except I think white... The whites are a different shade.
It's been one whole day of using the green 5c and no issues and just smiles all around!!!

It's very nice. I don't much understand why a lot of the "hate" towards it. Word is now that the 5c and 5s sales were split 50/50?
I think it has to do with the fact that a lot of people are "sh*ting" on apple for going to plastic and taking the iPhone 5 out and replacing it with the 5c. Plus nowadays people want more GBs, faster processors, bigger screens, etc... which the 5c apparently doesn't have!!!
I mean everybody has different needs. I am so glad I got the 5c rather than the 5s and saved myself some money. I do not need a fingerprint scanner or a slo-mo camera, or the 64bit chip or the a7 chip lol. I have really basic needs like talking, texting, very little picture taking, and youtube and such things
People react to certain products without thinking about others. It's all about "me, me, me and me" lol.
Love this thread also ! I also just read that the first weekend's iphone sales were an even split 50-50 between the 5s and 5c. It's funny, 10 days ago, the iphone 5 was the flagship phone for Apple and everyone loved it. When the 5c came out (the 5 with color), there were haters. Don't get it. Hey, at least the 5c is available for those who want to experience Apple products.
I've been with Windows phone and android throughout the iPhone 4S-5 days and since my credits good enough now I got an account with verizon and got a blue iPhone 5C. I actually love it. I'm not like most people. I'll keep using my iPhone til features are dropped in newer versions of iOS, then it'll be time to upgrade. It's probably one of the best devices I've owned.
I'd just talked myself out of selling my 5 to get a 5c. The pics in this thread are *really* making me change my mind. The blue, yellow and green are really, really nice.
EDIT - I haven't had a chance to stop in at the Apple store yet. The 5c cases - are they "floppy" or kind of solid? If that makes sense (that wording sounds so, so, suspect...)

I went yesterday to look at the cases. They are nice, flexible with sort of a fuzzy lining, but not very protective, to me. I got an iLuv case, which has a clear hard back, and a bumper. Not super tough protection, but it does get the corners fairly well.

I'm the same I don't need all that! I just really hope apple don't go down the bigger screen route, despite what people say i think the 4 inch screen is perfect.
Thought I'd make a thread for those who decided to purchase a 5c today or had one delivered after pre-ordering last week.
Undoubtedly, the star of today is the 5s - and that's cool. But I'm sure there are a lot of people (like me) who opted for the 5c for whatever reason!
So for me, I loved the 5c the more I looked into it after the announcement.
Today I picked up a Blue 32GB iPhone 5c and have spent all day setting it up, sorting my music, getting to grips with iOS7 (didn't download it on my 5, wanted to wait for new phone) and generally enjoying how the phone feels!
I'm really impressed with this phone. The build quality is great, the rounded edges along with the warmer plastic make for a more comfortable hold than the 5/5s' rigid cold metal and glass. My opinion of course!
Anyway, thought I'd share some pics! I really do love this phone!
Please share yours if you can so we can get a good feel for the colour and how it looks!
About time we had some 5c lovin from people who have bought one or are interested in one!

Why is it face down on the ground?
Well unfortunately my green c continued its issues with resetting time zones when on lte etc so I returned it today after a couple days of headaches. They didn't have a green 32gb to replace it - actually the only one they did have was a white. Not wanting to wait any longer I took the white. No where near as fun to look at but very clean. Best of all, it works 100% (so far...knock on wood).
The white seems cool because any color case would go great with it ! Blue, green, yellow .......
All your 5C's look great! I been browsing threw this thread and noticed some switched over from the iPhone 5. I like to know something. Was it worth it? Any regrets? I'm currently contemplating on selling my iphone 5 for a 5c.
Been about 24 hours since I picked up my 5C, and I must say, I really like it. Coming from the 4S, I love the bigger screen and the LTE, and it just looks so nice. It's also pretty funny how people ask me if they can hold my phone when they see it, and after they hold it they realize how foolish it was to blow it off from the get go because it's plastic.
Dropped mine about 2 feet to the carpet yest, but it hit a small square block of wood on top right back corner. The clear coat has a knick in it and the inside feels rough to your fingernail. It's a white 5c
Just went into Radio Shack to see the 5c. There were none on display and when I asked about it, they pulled out a blue and a white. They are sweet !! I'd be proud to sport a 5c and I just may, need a ship date for my 5s by next Friday or I'm canceling and going 5c !!
I'd have to go to the Apple store and get a new one. I'm sorry but I'd have to tell them my speaker goes in and out or the charging port isn't charging all the way. Lol. Because I have a white one and I know it would be bad noticeable.
Guys I have to admit this thread has made me a little jealous of you guys. I'm a "latest and greatest" guy. So I update every year. I had a slate iPhone 5. I wanted to get a white 5S to change it up....but when they got to me in line all they had left was Space Grey 5S' so I got that. I loveeeee Touch ID. but other than that you can't tell much of a difference especially since I put it right in a Mophie.
I loved my White 3GS. So i'm jealous of you guys pics look awesome and wish I was able to to snag a white 5S to change it up. I think I would have to go caseless if I had a 5C. Enjoy your phones!

I switched from the 5, and no - I'm not missing sharp edges and a cold metal! It was well worth the change. Best iphone I've owned in years. Feels like my iphone 5 and the 3G got jiggy and had a baby.
