My Canadian order just switched to Preparing for shipment! Ordered at 12:01 am PST, originally said 7-10 days. 16GB Space Gray.
I ordered 4:30 NST and even though it says 7-10 business days to ship, it still says estimates delivery is oct 10-16
! That's 21 days after they launched.

All my three phones say preparing for shipment. They always said that. What did yours say before this?
You guys are killing me. Been pretty patient, but after reading all your updates, I called Apple. He confirmed that my order completed at 12:05 PT and there should be no reason for further delays.

Mine too has now changed to preparing for shipment, except my expected delivery has been bumped from 4-9 Oct to now 8-11 Oct.
At least you've been having some sort of movement on yours, my Calgary brotha. What model did you get?
Wow, everyone here has ordered either a 32 or 64gb phone. Boggles me how anybody can pay that premium for storage. I ordered 3 16's in every color. Y? Because I can't even go to our apple store here and compare the colors, or telus or Rogers or bell. So, I had to order all 3 and return two. Sad but that's how I'm forced to make an informed decision.
Anyway, back to the storage, I will make due with 16 on my phone, now iPad, that's a different story. Could use 128 on that after u load up some HD movies. But seriously, what do you need all the space for?

My 64 GB 4s only has 16 GB remaining and that is up from 12 GB a few days ago. I have a fair bit of music on mine, but it's usually photos that fill it up quickly. I ditched 4 gigs of photos and vids to get back to 16.
My 64 GB iPad has more room. I always buy as much space as possible since you can't upgrade later. I probably would have gone 128 GB on the 5s if offered. Will go that route on next iPad, but still very happy with my iPad 3 so don't see an upgrade any time soon. I'll go Mini next time to add to the stable.
