He's right that these discussions are filled with people criticizing the iPhone and that they should get over it, buy an SIII and move on to the SIII forums and bug Samsung. Saying, " Well t3h SIII HAS DIZZZ!!! AND HAS DAT!!!! APPLE OOOOO...YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR ****!!!! YOU SUCK APPLE, I HATE MY iPHONE WE ALL GUNNA LEAVE! " really gets irritating. Vote with your wallet. Take a look through the last few pages and see how many similar posts you spot chuckling at the iPhone and how many people saying they're just gunna Samsung it up?

I paid dearly for the iPhone 5 not very long ago and now its technology is nearly outdated by comparison to this rumor.
All-new UI, with Android-level customizability while keeping the great iOS ecosystem, and make Siri a tool that is actually useful.
A bigger screen and a 12MP camera is also welcome, along with some revolutionary technologies

This is a forum, it's what we do here. If you don't want to hear it, forums are not the place for you. So no, he isn't right. No one is going to stop because you get irritated. You're definitely not alone with this one. I just don't think it'll happen this year.
Agreed. At this point I care more about the software than the hardware. I wouldn't even care if they didn't release a new iPhone this year if they released a super awesome iOS 7.
I've been wishing for a capacitive home button to replace the physical one. And adding gestures to that would just be the icing on the cake.

That's the opposite way of efficiency, and against the trend of GPUs dominating die space in apple SoCs. There's no reason to believe they'll add a quad core CPU just because. It's more likely they'll make small core modifications like Qualcomm has done with Krait.
The GPU will almost certainly update to ImgTec's Rogue cores.
It's possible Apple will introduce several new features with iOS 7 exclusive to the 5S, iPad 5 and iPad mini 2. If the hardware is not compelling enough, what else can they do?

That would be pretty sweet to have a finger print sensor on the home button. Glad to see them coming out with the 5S a lot sooner than fall

Bigger screen, or more to the point to give those who want a larger screen the choice while giving those who feel a 4" screen is big enough what they want. Like with the iPad and iPad mini. A redesign that lifts Apple stock and gives us the same feeling that we had during the summer of 2010. Many of the people who say they don't want a larger screen will be the same people who praise it when it comes. AAPL can't wait until the summer of 2014 for a turnaround.

For sure! It's extremely unlikely, bordering on impossible, as the smallest IGZO Sharp has developed is a 7". It's good to dream though. I'm still betting it shows up on the next iPad mini.

I don't think you're being serious, but about the Notes app: Why can't we choose a font besides the ones it gives us? Two of them suck anyway.
