I recently replaced the battery of my iPhone 5s with this (https://swiatbaterii.pl/baterie-do-...taw-narzedzi-38v-1500mah.html#additional-info) with the intention of using it as navigation for my bike. The new battery seems to be working but after the repair, the screen shows weird artifacts ( get's stronger with more brightness ) and after about 10 seconds the touch stops working. When turning off the display the artifacts are gone but reappear after about 10 seconds. I have already tried cleaning the connectors, re-fitting them, hard resetting the iPhone, and recovering it through Itunes(windows). Does anybody know what to do in this situation? ( the lines are more visible in person than on video )

It's hard to see on the video but I'd say you possibly damaged the display during the repair.. It's also possible the battery is defective in some way. Put the old battery back in and see if the artifacts go away.
