yeop buddy

Normally I would agree with you sir. But I have no phone, broke mine 3 weeks ago. But really, at this point I need to just go get a throwaway phone. Someone earlier made some suggestions. I can't go another month without a phone. Anyone know of the cheapest phone you can buy, that doesn't require a contract? Sprint already charged me the full amount for my order (it's posted not pending), so I don't have a lot of money to spend for a phone. Need a cheap one.

If I still had an iPhone, I wouldn't even be sweating this pre-order stuff. I wouldn't even be checking online, I would literally wait for it to eventually get to my doorstep, because getting something on DAY 1 doesn't matter to me. I'm actually super envious of those that iPhone 4's and 5's still. :(

Well. I fully sympathize cuz I ditched my nexus 5 about 2 weeks ago (gave it to my girl) and have been using my grand pop galaxy s2 which has severely swollen battery that allows me barely close the cover LOL I am so afraid that I dont even try to use it when charging it. But u know what? I will be freaked out if i still don't have the :apple:phone by Fridaynitee. Little early to be freaked out. Man but as I said I know u r in a huge pain. We are almost there.

But someone posted the picture that the 6 16gb silver takes up to 3 wks? I believe that is the status for the ppl who is purchasing now. I truly HOPE SO.

MAN ALL I NEED IS A GDDDAMN TRACKING NUMBER.:D

Plus or regular?

5S, man. 5S. ;)

So this JUST popped up in my inbox:

After a few seconds of excited anticipation, I scrolled down to discover it was a shipping notification for the 64gb 5S I ordered for my son on Friday that arrived at 2pm this afternoon.

Well played, Sprint. Well played.

That is bad customer service when the phone gets to you before the email.

At this point do we even know if any phone will make it on Friday? I mean we think at least the regular 6 will, how how do we know for sure?

Ha looks like I too jumped the gun.

It's been noted here before that sometimes you can get the phone the same day u get tracking. Has happened to me.

17th?

The OP on this reddit thread seems adamant that some iPhone 6 preorders (those who are current iPhone customers) will be delivered on the 17th. I've never preordered before the 6, but it seems as though it would make more sense for delivery companies to start delivering as early as possible instead of holding everything back until the 19th. I'm trying not to get my hopes up but I'd love to wake up to a tracking number from sprint and an "Out for delivery" status from UPS.

:apple: iPhone 6, Space Gray, 128GB

Status has been changed but still no tracking.

Sprint definitely got some additional iPhone 6 stocks. Sorry but this is not about the PLUS info.

9/13/2014 Sprint probably wasn't sure about their stock. Thinking that sprint was still waiting for some stock coming. Or they were processing but wasn't sure how long it would take.

9/16/2014 It shows they perhaps got additional stock they were expecting. Or the process wasn't taking much time.

Dunno if this status is only about the iPhone 6 16gb silver. I guess yes.

It's funny how little people are going with Sprint.

Unfortunately, Sprint is the only provider where I live that has good service. It's just one of those situations where my house is in an area only Sprint has great coverage in.

I'm sorry sir, allow me to correct my grammar mistake.

It's funny how little of people are going with Sprint.

I was picturing a dwarf holding an iPhone 6 Plus. :p

also "How few people" would have worked just as well.

People say the internet and instant messaging have degraded proper grammar use, but if anything it just makes grammar-nazis more readily available to pounce on any little mistake.

WOW. For a few seconds there I wasn't lusting over the iPhone 6 or angrily punching refresh on the sprint site. :)

I don't think it's funny, really. I hope Sprint pulls in a bunch of customers. :)

Yup mine changed from the first description to the second just like yours. I have a iPhone 6 16gb Space Grey. They must have got more stock in. Or were just being cautious till today.

Guys I have a question regarding the iphone for life plan. So since I'm leasing my iphone if I wanted to buy AppleCare, and provide proof of purchase, if I bring the lease agreement, would there be a problem since technically I'm not purchasing a iphone?

You'll be able to purchase Apple Care without a problem. Sprint suggests you put some kind of insurance on your phone especially with the iPhone For Life plan as you won't actually own the phone but you're responsible for it. Insurance is not required, though.

You really going to fall for the iphone for life trap? you pay almost full for the phone then in 2 years turn it in for another AS LONG AS IT WORKS AND IS NOT CRACKED. so you pay almost full retail then give it to them for free. You can turn around and sell a Iphone 6 or 6 plus for at least $300 if it works and is not cracked. WHY GIVE THEM MONEY? yeah okay you can turn it in for another Iphone without putting out new money but in the long run pay for it keep it sell it get a new one is the way to go.

You will not have any problem buying Applecare. When I preordered I noticed they skipped the whole add on section. You will still be able to add it at a Apple store or thru Sprint once You get it. We need to switch to the new $50 plan too after we get the phone. Least I do. I'm hoping that my 22% corp discount will still come off the $50

It definitely works for some people. I switched to this deal as it will cost me exactly the same as what I was paying before, and I don't have to put any money down on a new phone. Even at the end if I purchase the phone for $200 I'll still come out ahead if it's worth more than that and I sell it. If I trade it in for a new one, well.. I still won't have to pay anything. Any way you look at it, you're paying for a phone.

iPhone For Life plans are not eligible for discounts.

My job pays for my phone bill completely so basically all I paid was taxes since the phone payments add up to the monthly bill. If my job didn't pay for it. I wouldn't have gotten it haha.

For a iPhone 6 16gb. You pay $480 over 24 months and can buy at the end for $200. So total would be slightly over retail price.

The only way You can get the unlimited $50 plan is "iPhone for life" or paying full retail. Otherwise Your plan price is quite a bit higher if you just do a upgrade. $85 a month instead of $50

Its really not a bad deal

I signed up with UPS My Choice. Apparently they text or email the day before the package is to arrive, and when it ships, as well as when it arrives. Figure with the radio silence from Sprint we need all the extra info we can get.
