Just placed my order. Go to Sprint.com and click on shop, then Iphones. Took me an hour but now went very smoothly and quickly.

If I click iPhone, the "we'll be back soon" is the only think that loads

Same here. Go figure, the two people who are most paranoid about not getting an order through are the ones who can't get an order through. What is going on that everyone is getting through? How the heck can I click a button wrong?

No clue. I was able to get a reservation number through apple. I have it screenshotted on my iPad. But I realllllyyy don't trust that reservation.

I wanna sleep. But iPhone is currently taking priority over that.

I got to place my order last night around 3am MST, i6+ 128GB, Sprint has charged me the full amount and sent me a confirmation text. I hope this means I get one on launch day!

I thought EVERY 6+ order through sprint was given a 3wk delay.

I think that initial supply of the 6+ is so tight they put that as a placeholder so no one would have expectations. I imagine they have at least a few 6+ phones and I was able to order on Sprint while most were still seeing a crashed site. I haven't bought directly from Sprint in a while but most vendors don't charge your item until its ready to ship. I'm probably setting myself up for disappointment but it's possible.

edit: The order status on my shipment changed to this

"Your pre-order for the 128GB iPhone 6 Plus is at our warehouse. Orders placed prior to 11:00 am CT on 9/12 will ship in up to 3 weeks from order date. Orders placed after that will ship in 4 to 6 weeks from order date. Keep an eye out for a shipping email with your tracking information. Thank you for your patience. For the latest shipping timelines, visit sprint.com/preorder."

Wohoo

Got mine ordered with just a 3 week delay. Website was down all night so I went through mobile site to add it to the cart last night. Then this morning at 8 AM, I went to the cart on the computer to finalize order. Fingers crossed it works. I still have a working android phone so a few week delay is ok compared to what I've read others may have a month or longer delay (yes Im finally making the switch over).

I ended up ordering through Apple with the reservation. Will get the 6 Plus 64 GB on friday.

I had to call sprint to change my plan for the time being though. Was a hassle and a half to get through with it but I somehow got it.

I ordered mine (6+) at 5:30 am central time. Had a few small glitches but did get to order. Got my confirmation within 10 minutes too. Up to 3 weeks for delivery. I wouldn't be surprised it gets pushed further so they have some for store sales on the 19th. Probably blame Apple too. Lets hope we get them next friday.

I finished my order by 3:20 am (took a whole 20 minutes to load the ordering process) and I was instantly pushed into the 4-6 week timeframe once I received my confirmation email seconds later. I do expect this to change within these few days, otherwise I'll be making a complaint since it seems others who ordered many hours later are getting faster expected deliveries.

Yeah if I were you I'd be pissed. I completed my order around 6 am Central and have a 3 week time frame.

I just spoke with a representative, they explained to me that 64gb and 128gb 6+ devices are getting 1-3 week deliveries and the 16gb models are being pushed into the 4-6 week time frame. No idea if this is true or not, sometimes these people just talk out of their ass. Overall I'm not too concerned. Back in 2012 when I ordered the 5 over the phone on release, I also experienced inaccurate order statuses but they corrected in a few days and I actually got my phone within a week or so of ordering.

My money's on out of their ass. The 6 is continuing to have delivery estimates for 9/19. I just got back from my local Sprint store and they all but guaranteed they'd be in stock. Same story with the 5S last time around.

Anybody using Sprint n the SF Bay Area? Tmobile is charging ridiculous deposit and Sprint has manageable price. Want to know if the LTE is good

Sprint in Bay Area

It depends on the part of the bay area you are in. Its improving but in the East bay area along the 680 stretch along the freeway (Pleasanton to Walnut Creek) its pretty bad. In some areas you can get good LTE but expect dropped calls. Ive had Sprint for 2 years so far (1st upgrade) and its ok. It can be frustrating at times though since the phone may not even move and it will switch from 4g to 3g to no service in minutes.

Anyone'so order show an actual ship date?

I had many issues last night. At 315am Est I got in on Sprint's site and selected 128gb iPhone plus and when I hit next it showed 16gb. Tried going back and spent almost another 45 minutes trying to order. Finally got a new line activated with 128GB iPhone plus just before 4am.

Woke up today around 1pm and had an email stating there was a hold on my order and gave me a number to call. All they did was ask about my address and etc and said they'd allow my order to process and said I didn't lose "my spot".

I'm extremely concerned because of the following info listed on one of Sprint's pre order info pages that states:

Order delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances such as credit authorization, backordered equipment, insufficient or inaccurate information provided when placing the order or incomplete payment. You will be contacted via phone or email should such a condition be realized during the course of processing your order.

And my order status is showing generic info other than my phone and model at this point. Despite being reassured I didn't lose "my spot" I question the rep's knowledge and possible communication barrier as English was not their native language.

So also asking if anyone's experienced this now or in the past and what was the outcome?

No tracking number yet. I imagine we won't get a tracking number until Sprint releases the iPhone to FedEx.

Well I talked to Sprint on the phone as I was going to preorder, but I really wanna see both phones first.

I'm leaning towards the 4.7", but I to hold the plus first. The guy on the phone told me they notated my account as I am looking to set up easy pay or possibly "iPhone for Life as well.

I just hate queuing up but I will

I preorder 2 via apple mobile app and 1 via sprint mobile website
Sprint says they will try to deliver by 9/19.
The mobile website was working and desktop wasn't.

What do you guys think about the new Sprint I phone for life plan ? It seems like it could be a good deal.

The way I understand it you can get either the 4.7 or 5.5 for 20.00 a month, but I am assuming that's for the 16gb model. I tried to research but could not confirm that it was indeed for 16gb. Anybody know for sure ?

I just got off the phone with Apple and they stated the same thing. I want to pay in full for the phone but they said only if you are eligible for an upgrade. Im only eligible for Easy pay but wanted to pay full amount. Do you or anyone know if I can pre order the phone tonight on Sprint site and pay full amount?

I must've gotten very lucky; I went on Sprint's site after trying to order through Apple since 3AM. I had the option for Easy Pay, iPhone for Life and a two year contract. I'm on the Framily plan so a two year contract is non-existent. I refreshed Sprint's site and it allowed me to pay full price, off contract. Order went through. 4.7" 16gb black
