You ordered SG and not gold i got my tracking number btw ..unless you ordered two devices..Ive been watching you say how you got the most popular color choice (which is also SG) ..But hope you get yours soon. SG is a high demand color

No I ordered two phones at the same time. One of them was 16gb gold (check the list again). This is BS. You ordered a day after me.

Probably. But since my order had two phones, I'm thinking they might be trying to save money by waiting for my Space Gray to come in before shipping the White/Gold (so shipping both at the same time).

So if they do have the white/gold I want them to ship that now separate from my Space Gray. That is why I'm calling. Plus it's ridiculous that someone ordered the same phone a day after me, and they got their shipping before me.

I'm going to keep calling them and raising hell. I just sent eddiecazares8 a PM, and am seeing if he'll provide me his order # so I can throw it back in their face. Because if they look his order # up and show it's shipped + he ordered after me, they can't back off from that BS. But I don't know if he'll help me. I don't blame him if he doesn't want to. He doesn't know me personally.

well after feeling it in my hands i don't think i'll be that worried i also don't plan on taking my phone in my hands and bending it either lol put a case on it and you should be ok oh and get some insurance lol

ok i received my gold 6+'s tracking number last friday has anyone received a tracking number since then for any iPhone 6+?
 
Wow, Sprint just told me that they refuse to ship me my white/gold model, because the order I placed had two phones. And as such, they can only ship the order once both phones are in. This is insane. And because the second phone in my order is the Space Gray model (which seems to be massively delayed), I'm being punished. This is crazy.

I can't even.

That can't be correct. I ordered two iPhone 6+ 16GB models, one SG and one Gold. The Gold one shipped right away and was delivered on the 19th. They were both in the same order.

Yeah...so they pretty much told me they didn't know jack ****. They had no idea what they were talking about. They kept making excuses after excuses. At one point the rep was like: you placed your order today. I'm like WHAT I placed my order on the 12th.

This is just insane. Never had a worst experience in my life with a company before.

Yeah they were just lying. After they told me that, they then circled around and were like: 4-6 weeks because you just placed your order today. Even though I placed my order on the 12th. So I went off on them, and then they said: I would just cancel my order, and try to pick it up in store. It will be quicker.

Hah, this is crazy. To be fair, I don't think the reps have any control over this. So maybe it's pointless going off on them at this point. Even if I were to show them an order # that shows they are shipping people's **** ahead of me (even though I ordered before that order)...what can they do about that?

I think I should just cancel my orders at this point. This is madness.

I think someone on this site stated they were at a wedding and had their phone in their pocket the entire day and it was bent.

I'm so nervous now about getting this phone, when I go out I keep in pocketbook and I don't want to worry about it bending especially if it's hot in my purse. But I will try out for the 14 days when I get it and if I am not satisfied I will exchange for a different phone. But I will definitely have a case on it.

Congrats on finding your shipment!

My eligibility is also 9/1/16 so I think that just changes upon using your upgrade when you order, but everything else is confirmation that your phone is on its way.

I don't think you can base it on order numbers anymore. Someone ordered the same model as me a day after me, and they got their phone shipped ahead of me. Sprint isn't going in order, and it seems to be random.

I call them even when i want to activate a phone. I talk to no one else at sprint. No others are worth my time they will do anything. I had them check my order to make sure i had the right address for the other 2 phones and she looked up the order so yes they can do anything.

Cool, I'll give them a call then. I appreciate all the info you've given us. You have been a constant help. I've been wasting my time with reps, that clearly don't know anything.

At this point, I just want to make sure my order is even correct. Because people that ordered after me (same model) are getting their **** ahead of me. If Sprint are just being terrible, okay. But I want to make sure my order isn't messed up or something.

what do you mean when you say you found the shipping using all these numbers?

Im already having problems with my 6. I went ahead and ordered apple care today but will have to make an appointment with Apple. Every time I turn my phone in landscape mode black lines cover my phone and then it changes to what I am reading. so weird
