Comfirm Successful - No Confirm email

Just called AT&T's automated phone system. Emails should be sent out 8 hours after order. 7-10 business days ETA ship time for me. AT&T had a launch queue prior to actual launch time. I had all order info filled out and right when the clock hit 0:00, I hit submit - white iPhone+ 128g shall be mine.
 
Can't access store.apple.com and the iPad app won't wven allow me to see T-Mobile no contract option ... Or even check out at all.

What a cluster****

Same here, I got the order id# but no email confirmation yet, however I checked my credit card and they charge me $1.00. Do that mean I'm in

Order # without email confirmation and I was charged a $1.00 as well. There should not be any charge on AT&T Next???????
 
Delivery has slipped to 29/9 here in the UK! My brother is gutted, the site wouldn't load for him at all so I did it for him and it said delivery was 29/9! :-(

In other news: Is there anyway to have your delivery address changed after order?
 
I got fed up and bought a Samsung Galaxy on Ebay instead.

I'm nearly there too. I looked at a lot of Android phones while trying to decide if I could live with a 6+. It'd be my first, but screw this. I've been trying for an hour via every avenue and I'm not even close.
 
If your ordering with the app, after you choose your model size and color you have to wait until it says add to cart, THEN! Click add to cart. You will get a spinning icon, but the red dot with the quantity will show, tap it and it will take you to your cart where you can check out don't wait for the screen to refresh after adding to cart, if the screen goes blank and the red dot shows up the item is in the cart. That is what I did.
 
Well, after nearly an hour trying the app and apple website, I finally had (some) success through ATT's site.

I ordered a 6+/128/Gold for myself, and a 6/128/Gray for my wife.

The confirmation email says the 6 will arrive on the 19th, but the 6+ will ship in 14-21 business days (!!!!!!!)

Hopefully that's an opening hour glitch. We'll see.

Interestingly (?) I got up to the last point before checkout using the Apple Store app, but it wouldn't let me select the Next plan. Kept giving me a message saying something along the lines that customers who primarily use their phones in NY (which I do) cannot select Next online, and that I had to go to a store to do this. I assume that was just a glitch but man was that frustrating.
 
Just wondering if the phones will be available in the London's store next week... instead of ordering it online, I can get it there..

They'll absolutely be available at the Apple Store. Just be prepared to queue for a long time if there's a particular model that you must have.
 
iphone 6 Pre order

I got mine pre ordered but it indicated that it is going to ship in 14-21 days so not sure if that is just a place holder or not.

In my order it indicated information that if it was ordered before 3am PT then the order will be processed the next day.
 
Got an order confirmation from AT&T, but my bank is saying it didn't even go through. This whole thing is just useless.

When I ordered the 5 there was a pending charge for a few days, then that disappeared. I didn't get charged again until the phone shipped.

Right now I'm just showing a $1 pending from iTunes.
 
So messed up - 128GB - Space Gray - 6 Plus on Verizon keeps saying unavailable...but I know it's not sold out yet...
 
Woot 6+/64gb/space gray att 9/19 from apple time to cancel atts stupid 14-21 days crap for the 6+. My 6 hasn't had a delivery date yet so we'll see when that is...
 
I got it through the app, but I had to get the 64gb Gold 6 Plus instead of the 16gb because that is the only one that didn't say unavailable! This blows! :mad:

Some of them were saying unavailable even though they weren't. You just had to refresh and try again...but I imagine at this point, they're all gone.

I'm going on both iPad and iPhone apps. It never gets to any add to cart button. Just spins then errors out after picking Verizon.
 
Trying since 3:00 a.m. here in Canada (East Coast)

Website (Safari, laptop) still mega-down
App (on 5S) says everything is "currently unavailable"
There were brief periods when I could "add to cart" on the app, but I got "An error occurred trying to fulfil your request. Please try again later." Error.
