iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus Now Available for Pre-Order [Updated]

It took a lot of refreshing but I eventually managed to get myself a 64Gb Space Grey iPhone 6 at around 8:45am (uk time) from the UK Apple Store website...

Pretty much every mobile operator website in the UK crashed under the load at 8am (midnight Cupertino time) so there is definitely some demand out there.

Same for me. Must be a AT&T Premier thing. Ordered at 3:01 Eastern got my email at 4:30 Eastern.

Same for me..ordered at 3:03 4 lines and just got all the emails around 4:30

I got mine @ Singapore! At 1st all the buttons not working especially for the gold one. But after refresh the page for thousand times the order finally can get through. Yay! Ps: The website never have problem before. Blame the IT guys! lol.

And BTW, I think Rogers screwed up. They advertised the pre orders would be available at 5am I think? They were up and running around 3 o'clock I believe. The site is slowing down now because all the people who thought it was 5 are now logging on.

If it is saying anything other than sept 19 then they sold out of launch day phones.

All the 16gb pluses still say 9/19, therefore they are all not sold out. Anyone who says otherwise is spreading misinformation.

I used the Apple Store App and got my iPhone 6 space gray 64gb order in about an hour ago!!!! Delivers September 19th.

Keep in mind that if you upgrade in 12 or 18 months (whichever you choose), you will have to return the iPhone to AT&T. You'll have to pay for 20 months under the Next 12 program to own the iPhone. I think the 18 month plan must have 24 payments to own the phone.

AT&T Premier here, took an hour and a half to get my email.

Received 1 out of 2 emails for shipping received both confirmation emails

I finally just ordered through AT&T not happy about that. I prefer to order from Apple.

I hear ya there. After getting my iPhone 4 and 5 long after release at Best Buy, I was pretty hyped to get my first iPhone from Apple directly with a pre-order. It was not to be; ended up getting it thru AT&T.

I was finally able to reserve one with the Apple Store app. They said they'll email me when I'm able to buy it, which based on past experiences means when I wake up this morning.

This was definitely frustrating, easily the most so far.

It took an hour to reach Verizon by phone while refreshing the browser and iOS app. Once I got through to V, I was told that I could NOT order any Edge devices until the phone was available at retail.

I'd gotten through the Verizon order process online, but I could only opt to pay for the device up front or keep my subsidized plan. All of this was contrary to what I was told on the phone earlier in the day, and at the Verizon store when I was looking at device sizes.

At about 3:30 Central time, Edge suddenly became an option on the V website and I was able to complete the order. Of course now the estimated delivery is 10/7 for a Plus model. Ridiculous..

I was able to order a 128 GB 6 plus on verizon web site at 3:40 AM eastern time
and a 128 GB 6 AT&T on the apple store app on the iPad about 23 minutes later.
My safari browser wind is still saying "We'll be back" for almost 2 hours.
