I guess I should have ordered from AT&T first thing instead of waiting on apple to come up

Finally!!

I finally got through and was able to purchase an iphone 6 and just purchased the iphone 6 plus !!!!!!! Finallyy!!!!!
It said delivery date october 6, so i told it to do in store pickup and i can pick it up on 9/19. So if i was all of you all i would check the online pickup!
 
For people struggling in the US, use the app and if it gives you an error saying cannot connect to carrier etc, JUST KEEP TRYING. It took me about a half hour of constantly pressing continue over and over again and finally it took. Kept my unlimited data with ATT and gave me a 9/19 date with immediate email confirmation. Perseverance pays off in this case.
 
No longer excited cause chase put a hold of my card after the AT&T transaction because they thought it was fraudulent so it declined the apple one. Yet I got no email from apple that payment was declined. Damn you chase lol

I finally got an iPhone 6 silver 64gb ordered through iPad Apple Store app.

At first it said unavailable then after an hour I finally got one reserved but realized apple couldn't talk to att so kept trying. For about 30 mins it failed checking eligibility with att. But eventually got in and was able to select att next 12 and complete the order. This time Apple actually sent a confirmation email. If you get the reserved message don't stop keep trying!!
 
Finally got my order in on the app. I'm in South Carolina

I ordered the 16GB Plus in space grey

Estimated shipping is 7-10 days. It took 2 hours for it to show that it was even available, so I had to settle. It will be worth the wait
 
Via Apple Store app.
After choosing "Replace This Phone," I've been stuck with "Delivers 9/19" & indicates my local store for in store pickup... But no indication of "Next," "Continue," nothing. Wtf??

True - yet I've had good luck in all my launch experience as well with delivery date. Fingers crossed!

You were able to keep that data plan when ordering from the app?
 
I personally got a order for a 64GB space grey, and a 16GB white in at Verizon at 2:57AM EST, both 6+'s. Both processed, 9/19.

What a nightmare this has been.

That happened to me with the 4S and they said one was cancelled and i ended up getting both phones anyway. they couldnt take it back because the order said it was cancelled and there was no way to actually return it. They told me since my order was never processed, it was like it didnt exist. I got to keep the phone.
 
OK. Got through at 500am. Been trying since 330am EST (1230am PST). iPhone 6 Silver 128 GB, for store pick up. Unable to add AppleCare though.

Got email & pre-auth. charge to card.
 
There doesn't seem to be any way to create a new account with Verizon. I've been at it since 12PST - through the app, the apple website, and verizon site. App doesn't let you create a new account after you choose your phone- it redirects to the apple website, which is down. Verizon's own site is now down, but when it was up wasn't letting me select the plan I wanted - the plan selection was all screwed up.

There is no emoticon for my level of grumpiness. Can't decide if I should sneak in an hour of sleep or just stay up before work.
