iPhone 6 Begins Shipping to Customers for Sept 19th Delivery

It will be at your door on the 19th. It may very well still say processing on Wed. Don't sweat it.

Yeah, I'm sure it will be. The email says it will and they've never let me down before. It's funny, you know how Apple Mail puts emails with the same subject and sender into a thread together? When I received my confirmation it created a thread automatically and brought back my confirmation email from the iPhone 5 from exactly 2 years ago. The order date then was September 14th and the delivery date was the 21st.

I ordered 128gb 6+ from verizon website at 3am and got the confirmation email saying deliver by the 19th. Wonder if it's true or if it will get pushed back now. The order update page says processing with no ship date yet

Ordered my 6+ 64G at 5:20am (Eastern) on Friday via Apple Web. Ask to pickup at local Apple store. My status still says 'Processing" Pickup 09/19. Apple has authorized my credit card $0.00. When will they actually put the charge thru? At shipping to store?

Oddly enough I haven't seen any of that. It's odd. People were so vocal about "omg I can't imagine having a TABLET in my pocket. Gag!" Now everybody is buying a damn 6+. Consumers have no vision.

2 of my orders from Apple through the Apple AppStore App have changed from "processing" to "preparing for shipment"

1 of them is unchanged, and still at "processing". Which is weird because that is the first order I placed.

Another one ordered the next day through the reservation system is still at processing as well. (but has a 9/19 ship date).

The only pattern I can find is that both that changed to shipping are gold, (16 and 64) while both that are unchanged are black (64gb).

Have you checked if your phones been allocated to your account yet at https://supportprofile.apple.com it won't show a pic of the phone but will say the model and serial number.

Mine is listed as prepared for shipping but not shown in my device manager.

For the last three or four updates I remember reading comments from people who were bashing Apple for not implementing larger screens. Now that they have I'm reading comments saying it's way too big. I don't get it.

I could have easily said the same about those sports freaks of having to watch 10 games at once and keep track of every score or fight over which team is better. I also know that for the next six months I'll be hear nothing but college football at work. I also have friends that would get up at 3-4 a.m. to watch european sports then drag themselves to work at 8.

People enjoy different things, there is no need for name calling. I have always listened to my colleagues when they talk about football despite the fact that I don't care about it at all.

Did anyone else get the "Deliver By "9/19" but when you check the order status by typing in your preorder number, it says "Ship by "9/19". Also no tracking number has been received or emailed. This is Verizon.
