iPhone 6 Plus ONLY Pre-order Status

Ur lucky for sum reason I didn't have that option to pick up at store but now when I pretend I'm goin to order an iPhone 6 plus it has pick up option don't make sense
 
Weird. I never noticed this thread before. Anyway, my phone is due for delivery tomorrow. So excited!!

Plus (of course), 64GB, Silver, ordered from Verizon.com at 1AM. I wanted Space Gray originally, but if I wanted launch day delivery I had to go Silver. Can't wait!
 
Just canceled after 2nd "glitch" knocking my order back again

Received a txt yesterday from AT&T saying they had another problem with my credit card. Ignored it until today when I received an email saying they would cancel my order if they didn't hear from me.

I already called in last week to give them a matching CC with my account address, yet the rep said today they have been receiving hundreds of calls this morning with this same "glitch."

Since I had initially ordered at 5 minutes before launch on AT&T I thought I might actually get them today. Instead my order date has slipped way into November.

I did double order at Apple 3 days after launch so I'll just wait on that one.

Everytime I see AT&T's logo at home on my U-Verse, "Rethink Possible", I have to laugh & laugh & laugh! I do, everytime I tried using my DVR for the first 16 months (bad firmware would delete all programs anytime the DVR froze and had to be powered down to reset) and now this fiasco with pre-orders.

Who knew "Rethink Possible" was intended to check your expectations, not expand them. I wonder what corporate branding thinks of their great slogan now?
 
Success! Tuesday delivery (23rd). I'm thinking Monday. Apple's order and support profile pages don't show anything still. Found the tracking number on UPS. Used my order number (minus the last 2), country and ZIP to get it. 6+, 16GB, space gray, T-Mobile, ordered at around 5:15AM Eastern last Friday.

Country as in "USA" or "United states" or "Unitedstates" ??

any spaces between these things?

for example: 5590-9XXXXXX1USA21569 --- like that?

Thanks for your post.. I checked mine the same way and I have the exact same shipping info as you. Guess I will just have to be patient until Tuesday.... :rolleyes:

who cares this thread is about the 6 plus iphone....we already know how the 6s are in abundance....
 
I ordered mine September 12... And have to wait till October 12-23... Can someone tell me why I have to wait so long?????!!!!!!
 
This launch seems to be the worst so far. I did everything right and still no status update or phone. I know when its coming but no thanks to Apple for that information, I had to find out from a post on this forum how to find out from UPS. My point (that I have tried twice to get through to Apple) is that they knew this would be a big launch product and knew that there have been server issues in the past. Why would they rely on a system that has failed once, to handle the biggest launch they have ever had. I had contacted Apple twice regarding this issue and both times I was given wrong information about my order. The first time they told me my reservation number was no good since THEY didnt send me the second email (wrong) then today they told me my item had not shipped and wouldnt until closer to October 1st (wrong again). Being a life long apple user, this does not sit well with me. And unlike some of the other posts on here, they certainly did not offer me a free case.

Hopefully they will address this before the next big launch.:mad:

iPhone 6 plus 128gb status just change to shipped should b here by end of day Thursday 25th apple put expect on October 1st - 6th so I'm happy getting here early

I ordered my 16GB iPhone 6 Plus at around 4:00am Eastern from Verizon's online web-store, which was about the time it actually started working properly. I ordered my phone off-contract at full pricing and my order originally gave a ship day of 10/14. This morning it changed to 10/10. It's progress, but it's driving me absolutely crazy. Some of my friends on social media have their as they went out and physically bought theirs in store this morning. It really makes me wonder if pre-ordering this was worth it or not. I'm going to have to wait nearly a month to even have the device shipped when I could probably walk into a Verizon store tomorrow morning or sometime early next week and leave with the device in hand. What a struggle this has become. The appeal of the new device has worn off to the point that I'm wondering if it's even worth buying now. Why not just cancel the order and keep my 5 for a while longer? Ugh. I'm glad some of you already have the new device, lucky you.
 
Cancelled at&t order

I preordered at 12:33am, was in the 10/2 - 10/13 shipping group... But thanks to the forums I actually hit the cancel preorder button. Thank you forums.... Because I will be picking up my new iPhone 6 plus 128 space gray tomorrow in the apple store which is an option as of midnight tonight ! My card was charged, not pending, my upgrade cleared from AT&T within minutes... I am so happy I took the chance, I am also giving apple my business not at&t for the phone purchase. Thanks again for all the posts!


**UPDATE** 9/20/14
8:28 I got my Apple notice saying my order was ready to pick up.
9:48 arrived at Apple Store, was routed to the "reservation"line behind 2 other people.
(regular line had about 50+ people)
10:48 walked out of store with new iPhone. Only reason it took so long is because the AT&T rep which was in the Apple store needed to provide a new SIM card for my hubbys phone ( I stole his upgrade).
Otherwise I would have been in/out in less than 30 min. SWEEETTT!!!!

Again thanks this MacRumors blog, I felt confident enough to cancel my At&T order.

Me too!!! Sucks so bad!! I ordered 1 for me and 1 for my husband and we both have October 13th-20th, I called Apple, I knew it was because of the high volume of orders but I just wanted to make sure it wasn't something else but I was right :( they say it could be sooner because they usually get a lot of cancels but we'll see. I feel ur pain3 to 4 weeks feels like 3 to 4 years :eek:

This is why I will never do an pre order again. I can get in my car this morning and drive less than 100 miles to an Apple store and purchase the Phone I ordered, TODAY.

Cancelled AT&T Order

I was not able to order until about 9:30 EST, so I expected not to receive my 64GB SG 6+ on Next 12 until 14-21 days (which is what my AT&T Premier preorder said). Ended up in a Thanksgiving-ish shipping timeframe that got moved up to mid-late October. Moved back to Thanksgiving on Friday the 19th so I cancelled my preorder with AT&T.

Ordered an unlocked version from Apple and have an October 20-27 delivery time. Anybody else have that and have you been moved closer? My order is still processing so I'm hoping that when I get the final order confirmation I will move up. Still, this time frame is better than Thanksgiving.

Anybody else's 6+ just been sitting in ZhengZhou, China since yesterday morning? My delivery date is the 25th but hoping for sooner.:confused:
 
I had a delivery date of oct1-6th but apple sent update that my iPhone 6+ 128gb has shipped out gave me tracking number it's in china my new arrival date is the 25th of September hell ya
 
I am never ever pre-ordering through AT&T. This is ridiculous. 12:15AM PST pre-order and people who ordered hours after I did, except they went through Apple, are getting their iPhones. I hate Apple for making the best smartphone in the world. If only they just make junk like Samsung, I wouldn't be this excited to get one.
