Here is my first and final impression :
I have zero interest in upgrading my iPhone 6 to 6s.
I just don't see any feature and particularly no design improvements to justify.
so maybe iPhone 7..in the meantime I can't get the gold Galaxy S6 Edge plus out of my head! that thing is super gorgeous..and that screen oh my.

Touch ID is annoyingly fast actually.

It must be mentioned though, the phone is very speedy and safari tabs are not reloading (so far)!

so, is that we get used to pressing the power button instead of the home button if we just want to activate the screen and not unlock? s'ok w me...

No more tapping the home button to see what time it is, Touch ID is too fast for that anymore. Not saying it's a bad thing at all.

... tap with your fingernail. or knuckle. or non registered finger. or power button. ..it seems to me. no?

I have the Galaxy Note 5, and was also in love with the screen and camera and the form factor...but then I bought it and realized...again...that Android and especially Samsung's Touchwiz version of it, kinda ruins the whole experience.

4GB of Ram + an Exynos Quadcore Chip and my dual core 6 Plus with 1GB of Ram & iOS 9 was still smoother, even with some of the bugs iOS 9 has. It's SO frustrating.

Hopefully UPS will deliver my iPhone before I have to leave for work. It's been "Out for Delivery" since 7:15 AM (EST) this morning...

Is that alright to say I am super jealous right now? /sulking in the corner. Oh well, 2 years contract means my next phone is 7, on the meantime, enjoy your shiny new phone

One poster using the word "gimmick" warrants news coverage?

MacRumors get your **** together, it would be terrible if you morphed into something like The Verge.

Touch ID is very fast, as people have said maybe you should just use a finger that isn't registered in order to just show the screen, or press the lock/turn off button.

Tried it, live photos is a funny toy the first couple times, but really is only a gimmick. Nice to have, I guess. Force touch is neat though, would love to see something like that in the next nexus. By no means a game changer, but a very nifty tool.

I really don't think Live Photos should be on by default. For most of my photos I really don't think it would work and I think it's something you need to consider before you take the shot ( holding the phone steady before and after the shot) and it would be only something I would want to turn on for certain photos.
