Hopefully they have Plus JBs. I'm a little disappointed if Apple had no 256GB Plus JBs ready at launch with no word. Honestly it would have been fine if Apple just said before preorders that those would be shipping later.
So I just got the shipment notification. It's been "back ordered" since I ordered on the 9th, and now it's being delivered tomorrow. Matte Black 256gb. Not a plus. My GF ordered the same thing in rose gold and got shipment notification yesterday afternoon from Dallas. Mine is coming from Memphis. Seems odd... but I don't give a **** I suppose as long as it actually gets here. We are in Tulsa, OK. Good luck to you all, and be aware statuses are still changing! They said they actually picked the phone up 30 mins ago. Sh*t is still happening. Hang in there!

Latest arrival one other than the 9 AM tomorrow arrival is at 2 AM in Louisville. Not sure how fast things move once they're on the ground, so I have relatively low confidence that shipping can distribute in less than 12 hours
Oh I don't know about tomorrow. I would honestly just be glad to hear something over the silence I've gotten so far. I'm okay with Monday at this point. I just want to hear something

I am thinking of boycotting AT&T and iPhone. I will move to Verizon and get Samsung Galaxy S7.

Yeh those 9 flights landing in Louisville from 12:30 to 2am I HIGHLY doubt will make it to anyone on Friday. The UPS/Fedex trucks get loaded up fairly early and are out by 7 to 8am as I understand it. There isn't enough time to fly them to the various regions and unload and sort before trucks go out.
High possibility Monday for all of those phones though. If all 9 are loaded with phones that's anther million phones or so.

I have had next day air things loaded on FedEx truck at 8:50 am already.
I live near a UPS DC and the trucks do not pull out of the place until 8:30 - 9. But yes they will not hit the semi trucks from there. According a UPS video on Youtube, most planes land, are unloaded and loaded back up ready of take off within 2 hours. On a side note my watch that that has 6-8 for shipping has moved to preparing for shipping.
So to lighten up the thread a bit Ima drop here a dream I just had. Well I just Dreamed i woke up in AT&T headquarters and they were shipping the phone extremely slow inside of freaking Amiibo boxes... Not even in an apple box or nothing no, they were just the phone loose inside an Amiibo box nothing else no charger or nothing, and they would ship like one phone per batch and the rest were random amiibos and then me and another guy from this forum post also appeared there at the headquarters. Well me and him started helping the AT&T guy ship them fast so we could get our phones tomorrow and then the guy told us it's ok we don't need to work overtime as long as we ship 1 per day we won't get in trouble. Then me and the guy gave ourselfs so that "you freaking serious look" and then I woke up. xD
Well still, 2am arrival in Louisville and then have to fly them to local hubs, to lets say Florida. 2 hour flight to Orlando hub (hour 45 and runway time), so then 4-5am.
Unload in Orlando and somehow get all over FL to local hubs before even 8:50 to load the trucks?
Slim slim chance, but HIGHLY unlikely.
We weren't going to upgrade at first but changed our minds on Saturday afternoon around 3pm CST. I feel guilty because ours are arriving tomorrow (one silver, one matte black, both 7 128). It doesn't make sense!
Sorry man. It's just a placeholder IMEI. Typically, newer iPhones start with the same two numbers (not 0's), which I think is an Apple identifier.
Then again, I probably have no idea what I'm talking about, lol. But for sure if it starts with 0's, it's a placeholder until your phone actually ships. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news
All hope gone for any black/jet black Plusses from ATT tomorrow. Epic fail, Apple! Only matte black Plusses arriving tomorrow are for Apple folks.

The flights are irrelevant. I am sure they have Iphones on them, but AT&Ts just come in batches on those aircraft and make their way to their facility. Your phone specific phone may or may not be on it. If you get shipping tonight, it's a phone they already have that they are still working through the processing for. That's why often peoples tracking have scans from before the tracking was even assigned to their phone.
